"Our experience at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout was superb! What left the best impression was the kindness of the staff members. Everyone was so friendly and was caring so much that we received the best service. Upon request we received even an upgrade on our room, which made our stay even better with an awesome view. The breakfast offered a huge variety. The staff members around Yassine and specially the female staff members like Asma amaray, Chaimae and everbody else really was making sure that we felt welcomed. They also remembered our preferences and took care that the service was excellent. The location of the hotel is also great at it is right at the beach. You have an amazing view from the pools or the break fast area or also from your room. To Taghazout it is an easy walk either on the beach or path, which is even lighted in the dark that takes about 20 minutes. The rooms were very clean and spacious for two people. The bed was also very comfortable. To sum up we can only recommend highly this hotel and it won’t be the last time that we have stayed there. Special thanks also the the hotel manager Hicham Hriouad, who supported us and was available for our questions that made our stay just great."

"Unfortunately overwhelmed I think, a check-in 1h30 after the agreed time, we had a room not very clean and a small incident, if we had not contacted the trip platform the hotel would not have done anything for us."

"Beautiful location. Perfect welcome. Lack of organization. (Review the welcome fruit basket, barely ripe fruit. Very good macaron). Very average breakfast buffet despite a wide selection. Expensive hotel for the service. The village of Taghazout is easily accessible on foot. A corner of paradise. I don't understand why they charge 15 dirhams to enter/exit the hotel parking lot!"

"The hotel is in a quiet location and suitable for surfers. The rooms are furnished in Moroccan style, the room is very clean and the bed linen is pleasant . But unfortunately, breakfast disappointed, the choice is small and mostly breads. No vegetables or traditional food."

"The front desk took a long time to confirm the order. The restaurant is open 24 hours a day, the mini bar is free, you can go directly to the sea, and there are N swimming pools when you come back. The doorman and security are good. The location is a bit off the traditional beach, but it's okay, it's worth the price, and there are too many people."

The menu offered a wide range of local and international dishes, each prepared with the freshest ingredients. The seafood tajine and mint tea were especially divine. The Oasis Spa and Hotel truly lives up to its name—it’s a sanctuary for those seeking relaxation and luxury by the beach. "I love this hotel but needs much improvement and needs better facilities in the hotel and breakfast needs to improve and WiFi is awful bad, the bedroom floors needs to be cleaned more often and cleaning laundry needs to be more cheaper for service in my opinion. Honesty is best service in this hotel with excursions are a tourist trap unfortunately"

"We booked this hotel temporarily when we were transiting from Marrakech to Agadir. Service: The hotel service was very good. We checked in at 2 a.m. and the staff was still waiting for us on the roadside. If you pursue the beach, you can stay in ocean blub, the beach is cleaner"
