Loved the way receptionist accomodated us. 3rd time going. Not the greatest hotel, but its accomodating

Decent for the Price, but Would Try Elsewhere Check-in was easy, though the entrance and reception area were a little confusing at first. Room was freshly cleaned, with a simple but functional layout and good shelf space. The bed was decently comfortable, and the A/C worked well. We received two large towels, one small towel, two small soap bars, and two mini shampoo bottles. There was a coat rack but no hangers. The shower looked nice and worked great, but many bathroom features felt flimsy, the toilet felt fragile, and the sink had some clogging. The soap left a filmy residue on our hands. Noise from outside was medium to high, especially at night. Wi-Fi was okay. TV had Netflix and YouTube (bring your own login). Staff were friendly and check-out was easy, they did a quick room check before we left. The location is walkable with lots of markets and food spots nearby, plus it’s about a 15-minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood was just okay, but we felt safe throughout the stay—security and reception seemed available 24/7. Parking was convenient and close. Overall, not a bad stay for under $150 for two nights. It served its purpose, but I’d probably try a different place next time.

Amazing hotel staff! I’m a Filipino-American who doesn’t speak Spanish too well, but we used Google translate and they took care of any issue I had. I even had my rental car locked in a parking garage in zona Rio which had my hotel key in it and with my identification, they helped me get in my hotel. Best staff ever. Location is okay if you have a car. Few good restaurants in the area, and a 7 eleven within 5min walking.

Unless it’s an emergency I would not stay here When I went to check in at 3 they still weren’t ready. It was more like just deal WITH IT! Girl was rude and didn’t try to help check in even after I told her I had a baby in the car that Needed a bed to sleep. It’s Mexico so what do I expect

Do not stay here! We stayed a week and even though they require our key for room service and we turned it in every day they only did room service once. We had a friend come up to our room for only 1 hr and they demanded we pay $25!! We asked for a late check out and even though the hotel was completely empty they wouldn’t let us or hold out luggage until we were headed for home. Overall the staff is extremely rude and non helpful at all. I will never stay here or refer anyone to this place
