Cozy one bedroom cottage tiny home, newly decorated and ultra clean. This tiny house has everything you need in to feel at home. Close to high school and downtown shopping and events: only five blocks to school and seven blocks to downtown. Stay here while you are enjoying the annual Cinco de Mayo, Wind Fest, or 4th of July celebrations, concerts at the Lumberyard, graduation, or any of the other events that bring you to our small, welcoming town. This is a great cottage with all the comforts of home. Easy parking and access, close to dining (Sweetwater) and some locals shops (Roscoe) that had unique items. Family felt safe in this small town neighborhood and no dogs or others items to wake you up. We will stay here again.

Highway noise is noticeable. Did not receive info on location and access code until 2 hours before check in time. Receiving this info the day before would have been extremely helpful. This maybe more on VRBO than the hosts. Other than that, very accommodating place to stay.
