Good stopover spot for a night, easy to reach from the motorway, rooms a bit larger than the average motel's, around the clock check-in via tablet and large parking space suitable for trailers; breakfast rather meager, restaurant nicely decorated though.

Arrived to this hotel my company booked on a Sunday evening after a full day travelling from the UK to get here. On a Sunday there are literally no staff on site, no restaurant, no bar, no reception… Absolutely nobody! An older German couple had to phone the emergency number because they couldn’t get into the room that had booked. They were told it would be 30 mins before anyone could attend. Someone did eventually arrive, I asked about food and beverages and was told there is a vending machine in the garage! I was also told they have a problem getting staff…. My friends, if you own a hotel and you have no staff, you need to close it, or staff it yourself. I have no idea what happens if there is a fire or medical emergency on site!?? It’s unbelievably bad. It’s not a bad hotel, just don’t EVER plan to arrive or stay on a Sunday!

The room was ok,but I was happy it was raining during night otherwise it would be a sauna.Breakfast was very good but coffee was the worst I have every drunk.. Probably from the big machine for the ninties.. Dinner was ok but my Salomon jad been cooked twice so it was very dry .. My husband did not get the beer he had ordered perhaps they thought I would not notice a difference.. The hotel is ok though it was rather gloomy with a small window.Not a fine parking.The staff was very friendly On the whole it was ok ,but please do something with the coffee...

There are no staff. And I mean N O staff. For the majority of the day. When we tried to check in and couldn't, nobody was here to help us. We waited a couple hours, then rebooked the rooms and had to wait for a refund. When we needed water, no staff. When we had issues with our rooms, no staff. The rooms are very small, to the point your legs barely fit under the desk. It's worth paying for a bigger room. The hotel is located on an industrial estate. There is nothing close (nothing). There's a cafe a twenty minute walk away otherwise you'll need to get a €10 taxi. Breakfast is served until nine. I arrived at 830 to (no exaggeration) three bread rolls. 3 slices of cheese and some parma ham. There was some cereal and a coffee machine which is turned off after ten and locked in the restaurant so don't even think about getting coffee when the staff head home! Its a bizzare hotel. The staff I did meet were nice. The furnishing is nice. The WiFi is great. But its a poor model that caused us a huge headache our entire stay.

Please know in advance there is no air conditioning to speak of in this hotel. The room was so hot that we bought fans, opened windows and still couldn’t get comfortable, this was before the hot temps even hit. 70’s in the day. Of course, there’s nobody to complain to. When I tell you that there is absolutely NOBODY physically at this hotel to run it, I am being 100% accurate. I did see a girl there that put the check in keys on the counter for people to just pick up with their name on it and go to there room. Not a person around all day or night. The room was so small that I didn’t have a place other than the bed to open my suitcase. I will say that the restaurant food we ate one night was delicious. Well prepared and presented. The only highlight here.
