Large, cosy, comfortable residence "Platja de Roses", 2 storeys. 300 m from the centre of Roses, in a central, quiet, sunny position, from the sea, 20 m from the beach, direct access to the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with plants and flowers. Planted inner courtyard. In the house: WiFi. Supermarket 100 m, shopping centre 300 m, restaurant, bar 50 m, café, pub garden 15 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Figueres" 15 km, sandy beach "Roses" 20 m, diving center 3 km, swimming bay 3 km. Sports harbour 1 km, marina 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 21 km, surf school 2.9 km, sailing school 2.9 km, minigolf 60 m, sports centre 2 km, cycle lane 10 m. Nearby attractions: Parque acuático Aquabrava 1 km, Centro paracaidismo Skydive Empuriabrava 3 km, Cadaqués 15 km, Monasterio de Sant Pere de Rodes 17 km, Castillo de Peralada 15 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 17 km. Very noisy, dirty fridge, shower head held by clothes pegs. Very hard mattress. Very dirty terrace no coffee maker. Otherwise very good location near the beach.

Possible bed bugs or fleas in the master bedroom. Left on doctor's advice. Interhome offered a replacement apartment. WIFI but no internet connection.

Kitchen equipment very bad, the apartment was cleaned very badly. The skirting board had fallen off, a complaint was made about the sofa in the living area, which was catastrophic.

Good beds and garden furniture. Bathroom and toilet facilities fantastic. Living room sober but sufficient. Kitchen also sober but sufficient. Maintenance should be a point of attention. The location opposite the hotel seems to be a problem for others due

noisy from the hotel across the street, every noise in it can be heard by the residents above, the door squeaks, water is running in the fridge below
