In the district of Santa Margarita 1 km from the centre of Roses, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 60 m from the sea, 60 m from the beach, direct access to the beach, south facing position. For shared use: large, well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Communal covered parking, public car park. The apartment is an excellent opportunity: its location can not be better because in addition to the sea view, it is 2 minutes from the beach and 10-15 minutes walk to go to the delicious covered market or in town. It is very well equipped, with good kitc

Great location great view. Apartment is as in the photos and big enough for 4 adults. Unfortunately we were not that happy with the customer service on the phone in Spain. We called because the air conditioner in the upstairs room was leaking. The answer
