Really lovely interior of the hotel. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, had a great stay

Had a couple days stay at these apartments. A few thing that I may say for those looking to know wether it is worth it or not

1. Location - is great, a few minutes walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui metro stations, ferry, 24 hour 7-eleven etc.
2. Room with a balcony is a must have - you’re basically paying for you personal spot with a harbor view which is fantastic
3. Rooms have everything you need and are spacious. We had a washing and drying machine, fridge, stove. Nothing to add here
4. Rooms filling is great
5. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly from reception to the pool and restaurant. 5* service here
6. The connecting floor and restaurant area are just stunning. Feels like you’re walking inside someone luxury apartment - big chess for children, other table games, view spots to chill I front of the great view, various art installations. It’s a great place to be

What I can not understand is how in that wonderful place it can be such a mediocre kitchen. I’m not particularly picky on the food, conbini foods and Don Quijote fried chicken are fine for me, but that was something unexpected. I would highly suggest changing the kitchen to something more appropriate to the overall level of the apartment. Hong Kong has a billion fantastic kitchen options but that was around European 3* old hotel experience, unfortunately. It just didn’t taste anyhow, nothing. The buns were not fresh, the salad was not fresh, eggs were not done correctly, though deserts were fine.

My wife and I celebrated her birthday with a stay at the Rosewood Guangzhou this time, and it was an absolute delight! Our high-floor room offered breathtaking views – we enjoyed watching the clouds drift by during the day and the vibrant city lights sparkle at night. Every detail of the decor exuded luxury. The staff provided incredibly thoughtful and attentive service, even proactively offering to help with our luggage. Sophia proactively reached out to us during our stay and thoughtfully sent up a bottle of red wine in the evening – her service was simply outstanding! Santos handled our check-in professionally and meticulously, and Frankie kindly arranged a late check-out for me. The overall service truly was exceptional. The Chinese restaurant was also delicious. We'll definitely recommend this hotel to friends for their next visit!

Simply superb and breathtaking, truly befitting a Rosewood property and its reputation as Guangzhou's tallest landmark. I was also very grateful for the complimentary room upgrade. The room was fantastic, the facilities excellent, and the view absolutely stunning. It even featured a small kitchen, fully equipped with cookware and tableware, providing a wonderful home-away-from-home feel. Both the dinnerware and wine glasses were of exceptionally high quality. I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement: Firstly, it would be great to ensure ice buckets are readily available. Secondly, since a washing machine is provided in the room, offering a small bottle of laundry detergent would be a thoughtful and highly convenient amenity for business travelers.

Perfect stay for people who want to chill and relax, and escape from hustle and bustle of the town. We stayed here for two nights, and the service is just perfect, showing the standard of what hospitality should be. They offered a free upgrade of rooms, which is very appreciated. 

The hardware is good, as I think it is a very new hotels. Nice swimming pool, facilities for both kids and adults, and they offered yoga and stretching class for us. The restaurant is good, offering range of choices, and the price is reasonable given the environment and service standard. 

Free shuttle bus service to Hoi An Ancient town and Danang downtown, plus the airport as well. This compensate its inconvenient location.

Great services and onsite amenities! Had my first time pickleball experience with a great coach, as well as a long due golf experience overseas. The golf course is amazing and I highly recommend it! Breakfast options are too much, in a great way of course! The restaurant within the casino is great too, despite a bit pricy (make sure you register for the casino membership upon your arrival at the hotel to get 10% off on F&B and most services. Location might not be super ideal if you prefer staying in the city to do loads of shopping. But for an exotic trip, it’s wonderful.
