"The most beautiful place we have been to in a long time. The hotel is fantastic with such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere even when busy. We were all inclusive and the food and drinks were great with lots of choice. The bar and restaurant staff were so helpful and friendly, we couldn’t have asked for more. We booked a deluxe room with garden and it was perfect for us. Close to the restaurant, bars and the beach with our own tables and chairs and sun loungers. It was my mum’s birthday when we were there and the hotel gave her a little card and bottle of cava, such a lovely touch! We have already booked for next year and can’t wait to return!"

"A 2 night stay as a couple. A good quality hotel in a very nice and relaxing location. Near to the amazing beach. Good quality classic style rooms that are maintained well. The hotel is very well kept and the cleaning g is very good. The Spanish was ok, a good size with all the facilities you would expect however it did feel a little dirty to be honest. The allocated time is strictly adhered to and once the session is finished the changing rooms become very cramped. Perhaps a staggered system would be better? The gym was well equipped. The staff on the whole were a bit unhelpful at times and didn't smile or greet you, except for the hard working cleaners, reception on particular were poor with little information provided or acknowledge of being part of the Elba rewards system. The restaurant was nicely appointed with a good selection of dishes however the fresh grill selection was always undercooked by the chef, I found him to be irritating TBH, walking around the restaurant like he was a Michelin chef, he simply wasn't! One day the fish was raw, I explained to the waiter and a shrug of the shoulders was given, no apology. Unfortunately this left a bad image of the hotel and potential visits."

"Liked · NIce hotel in a quiet location on the edge of the town of Rota. Its a short drive into town or there is a bus every half an hour from just outside. The beach is a short 5 minute walk through a pine forest. We had a small apartment with living space, bedroom, terrace & a small kitchen. Everything was spotlessly clean but the kitchen is pretty basic, not really designed for full meal cooking, with only a microwave & 2 rings. The hotel has a American style Tex Mex restaurant which was not to our taste, they also serve breakfast which we didnt have. There are other restaurants within a short walk. Hotel is pet friendly with dog bed & water bowl provided. There is plenty of free street parking and the hotel also has secure gated parking area for €9 a night. Disliked · Checking in. Even though we were the only people checking in, it took half an hour of form filling by us & keyboard bashing by the male receptionist. I had paid in full through the *********** app but even so, the receptionist insisted on having my card number, expiry date & CVV number to "check with his records", something that I was entirely unhappy about."

"Fine hotel, great golf courses, exellent food from a buffet at breakfast and dinner. Hotel and surroundings clean ant tidy. Our third time to stay an play golf with friends. Will come back next year."
