"The most beautiful place we have been to in a long time. The hotel is fantastic with such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere even when busy. We were all inclusive and the food and drinks were great with lots of choice. The bar and restaurant staff were so helpful and friendly, we couldn’t have asked for more. We booked a deluxe room with garden and it was perfect for us. Close to the restaurant, bars and the beach with our own tables and chairs and sun loungers. It was my mum’s birthday when we were there and the hotel gave her a little card and bottle of cava, such a lovely touch! We have already booked for next year and can’t wait to return!"

"Good afternoon! I'm writing to explain what happened today. We booked two rooms and an apartment through the same company. An emergency operation was required for the person who rented the apartment. This person is the sister of someone staying in one of the rooms at this hostel (Boutique La Española in Rota) and the daughter of the guests in the other room. We sent reports documenting the situation, but they refused to issue a refund, keeping the full amount. I find it extremely unacceptable that they would consider the need for close relatives to have a vacation given the circumstances and refuse to take responsibility for something so urgent. I hope my comment will make others think twice before booking this place."

"Located next to the beach. Easy to access and reach its location. Great atmosphere within the hotel. Rooms were ample, clean and we had views to the swim up pool and beach. Good value for money considering the time of year we went. Was quiet as no traffic in the area. Service provided by staff members was brilliant especially Marcel and Virginia during breakfast and lunch always with a smile and good vibes. Ana who had been recently placed at the pool bar was great and although she had no prior experience in cocktails she made the best mojitos and san Francisco. Roberto from the kitchen was very helpful when crabclaws were served and needed opening. The best paellas were from Antonio. From the seafood, meat and black rice ones. He is spot one in making them. Highly recommend able."

"Liked · NIce hotel in a quiet location on the edge of the town of Rota. Its a short drive into town or there is a bus every half an hour from just outside. The beach is a short 5 minute walk through a pine forest. We had a small apartment with living space, bedroom, terrace & a small kitchen. Everything was spotlessly clean but the kitchen is pretty basic, not really designed for full meal cooking, with only a microwave & 2 rings. The hotel has a American style Tex Mex restaurant which was not to our taste, they also serve breakfast which we didnt have. There are other restaurants within a short walk. Hotel is pet friendly with dog bed & water bowl provided. There is plenty of free street parking and the hotel also has secure gated parking area for €9 a night. Disliked · Checking in. Even though we were the only people checking in, it took half an hour of form filling by us & keyboard bashing by the male receptionist. I had paid in full through the *********** app but even so, the receptionist insisted on having my card number, expiry date & CVV number to "check with his records", something that I was entirely unhappy about."
