"أقمت في منتجع Elba Costa Ballena Beach & Thalassa في يوليو مع عائلتي و بناتي الصغيرتين. هو فندق من فئة الاربع نجوم يقع في منطقة سكنية هادئة جدا محاط بالخضرة و ملاعب الجولف ليست بعيدة عن الشاطئ. و تمتاز هذه المنطقة بوجود العديد من الانشطة البحرية مثل التنزه و التجول في المدينة و الشاطئ. كما انه يحتوي على مسبح داخلي صغير و يمكن استخدامه مجانا و لكن يمكن استخدامه مجانا و لكن يمكن استخدامه مجانا. الغرفة كانت واسعة ونظيفة ، مما يجعلها مناسبة لعائلة مع أطفال. ‏يلا الفندق من ناحية النظافة جيد جدا وجيد ولكن لا يعيبة وجود المفروشات في الغرف وفي المناطق العامة بالفندقيلا نوعا ما هي المواعيد الخاصة ‏وأعتقد أن هذا من شأنه أن يعود إلى الإرتقاء بما يتناسب مع فئة الفندق من مميزات الفندق هي الطعام بطبيعة الحال، ومن مميزات الفندق أنه يتميز بتنوع كبير، فوجود خيارات واسعة ومناسبة لمذاقات مختلفة. يقع الفندق في وسط المدينة التاريخي. هناك العديد من الفنادق المريحة ، ولكن في وسط المدينة. الغرف صغيرة ، ولكن لديها أثاث قديم. ولكن في بعض الأحيان قد تكون الطابور ، وقد تعطل آلة القهوة في كثير من الأحيان ، وهذا أمر غير مريح. أود أيضًا أن أذكر رسوم وقوف السيارات الفندق ، والتي هي 15 يورو في اليوم. ولكن الديكورات الداخلية والمفروشات في الغرف غير مرضية. الغرف ضيقة للغاية ، ولا يوجد بها شطاف. إذا كان الموظفون يعتذرون عندما ينصحون على بعد 50 متراً، هناك موقف سيارات آخر حيث يمكنك دفع أكثر من 8 يورو خلال اليوم عن طريق تطبيق، مما يجعله خياراً أكثر ملاءمة عندما تكون المساحة متاحة. كانت إقامة ممتعة وخاصة الاطلالة على البحر . تعامل الموظفين كان لطيفا و خدوما و مرحبا و يساعدنا في جعل إقامتنا ممتعة . الفندق بشكل عام يعتبر خيار جيد لقضاء عطلة عائلية للاسترخاء و اخص بالشكر يساهرون على موقعه السلمي و الغرف واسعة و الطعام متنوع . كما يوجد سبا و مساج مجاني في الفندق. مع ذلك، فإن الأثاث سوف يستفيد من تحديثه، ويمكن تنظيم خدمة الإفطار بشكل أفضل خلال الفترات المزدحمة."

"Good afternoon! I'm writing to explain what happened today. We booked two rooms and an apartment through the same company. An emergency operation was required for the person who rented the apartment. This person is the sister of someone staying in one of the rooms at this hostel (Boutique La Española in Rota) and the daughter of the guests in the other room. We sent reports documenting the situation, but they refused to issue a refund, keeping the full amount. I find it extremely unacceptable that they would consider the need for close relatives to have a vacation given the circumstances and refuse to take responsibility for something so urgent. I hope my comment will make others think twice before booking this place."

"I was very pleased with my stay at Barceló Costa Ballena Golf & Spa in early April 2025. The hotel was clean and the staff were polite and professional. My room was cleaned daily and I didn’t encounter any insects or pests inside. The Wi-Fi in the room worked well, although there were occasional moments when I had to renew the connection code at the lobby, which was handled without any trouble. I had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and the selection of food was good - there was no reason to complain. The outdoor swimming pool was great too, although I mostly relaxed on the sun loungers and enjoyed the sunshine. I played golf every day during my stay. The course is in excellent condition, and the facilities for practice were also very good."

"We stayed two nights, we made the reservation through Smartbox gift boxes. We had a baby and they didn't have any problems with us. The hostel has a very good location, in the low season there is plenty of parking nearby. It is very cozy, the room is very clean, the mattress is very comfortable. We had breakfast included and it is very delicious. The staff was very friendly, we loved it, we will definitely repeat as soon as we can return."
