看了好評才訂的，言過其實。草餐很普通、等了50分鐘。位置偏遠、價格偏貴！泳池SPA衹是擺設。

Totaal geen 5* boutique hotel. 1. Onderbezet qua personeel, slordig. 2. Slot van de kamer was kapot, gemeld maar niets meegedaan. 3. Safe, bij het leeghalen van onze papieren vonden wij een creditcard mapje met geld van iemand anders omdat de safe heel hoog is geplaatst. Men wist van niets, slecht. 4. Gym, hoe dan ! Roeimachine en een hometrainer, dat was het. 5. Heel erg gehorig, daarom sluit de bar om 20.30 uur. 6. Ontbijt, vleeswaren en kaas liggen in de volle zon zonder koeling. A la carte, dat waren mooie gerechten. 7. Diner, bestelde aperitief kwam met het hoofdgerecht en nogeens veel later dewijn. Bij aankomst was er champagne beloofd omdat wij een aantal dagen hadden geboekt, echter niet gekregen. Voor € 600,00 per nacht hadden wij echt 5* verwacht maar 2* zijn meer op z’n plaats. Wij gaan hier nooit meer heen.

On the positive side: The manager, Rajiv, does a great job with clearly limited resources. He is welcoming and helpful. Good tennis court and equipment A bit ordinary: The hotel is taking on an Alice in Wonderland theme, with very strange statues through the grounds, including a very tacky purple rabbits backside heading into the ground. They have caged wild birds, for example Cockatoo’s in the grounds. This is not a good site. OK pool area. Bar closes very early Very few staff around The rooms are not great. Nice beds, but tiny windows so very limited natural light. The negatives: The restaurant, service and standard of cooking is extremely poor. Dinner: There is no price on the limited menu, which is fine, but one normally expects great food when there is no price. The food was bland, with small portions. The starter was served cold. Very disappointing Breakfast: Once again, incredibly poor. On day 1, I asked 3 times for black coffee and was given milky coffee every time. The coffee is not fresh, rather it is from a machine. So I made myself a black coffee. On day 2, we arrived at the restaurant at the opening time of 7am. The doors were closed and we had to let ourselves in. The staff were too busy chatting in the kitchen to even welcome us. Eventually, we ordered. Nothing complicated, but after 45 minutes I had to chase the order. 45 minutes! Meanwhile, another couple had been in, ordered (eggs Benny) and left. The excuse we got was that the cook (he clearly isn’t a chef) was struggling to poach our eggs. This was clearly untrue as he had just made eggs Benny! However, instead of actually communicating with us, the staff ignored us and stayed in the kitchen until we gave up and left, almost 1 hour later. I did raise this with the manager on the telephone and via email, but he just kept repeating that they had a very experienced chef. Well I can tell you, from our experience they do not. It was pretty disgraceful. Avoid this place, it is very understaffed, is low quality and the food and service are woeful. Definitely not worth what they are charging.
