訂的房型位置較遠，主要範圍要再行一段路程，拖着行李不方便行走加上是石頭路段，需然屋子內有廚房設備，但附近沒任何超市等購買日用品或食材，屋子內設備已陳舊及壞掉或損爛，辨理入住時職員友善，自助早餐職員核實住客後只會分配一碟子使用，不能再有替換，早餐款式少，味道亦不太好。

酒店就在聖誕老人村裏，晚上只有酒店餐廳開門，或在旁邊油站食快餐。房間大，但有螞蟻，廁所很乾淨。

Service is helpful but need attention on room cleaning. They only make up our bed. Location located at the center of the attraction, all was walking distance. Breakfast was good enough and staff were wonderful.

酒店就在聖誕長者村門口，旅行團接送基本都在這個酒店。所以説地理位置很好，去參觀聖誕長者村各個景點、禮品店、跟聖誕長者拍照都很方便。酒店的房間分佈在兩個大區，如果行李多，可以要求酒店派車送你們到預訂好的房間（包括退房），不然拉着行李走很不方便。房間有單獨的桑拿室，可以隨意體驗一下芬蘭桑拿浴。我們房間的門鎖第二天壞了，酒店幫忙換了另外一個房間，還請我們吃了一頓晚餐。下次來還選擇這個酒店

Santa Claus Holiday Village Hotel – A Magical Stay in the Heart of Lapland I recently had the pleasure of staying at Santa Claus Holiday Village in Rovaniemi, and it was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a festive atmosphere that truly captured the spirit of Christmas. The accommodation was cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Our cabin was spacious, featuring a private sauna—a perfect way to unwind after a chilly day outside. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities while still maintaining a charming, rustic feel. The location is unbeatable, situated right in the Santa Claus Village. It was incredibly convenient to visit Santa’s office, cross the Arctic Circle, and enjoy the various winter activities like husky sledding and reindeer rides. Plus, the breathtaking snowy landscapes made for unforgettable moments. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of hot and cold dishes, including traditional Finnish options. The on-site restaurants also provided delicious meals, with a cozy ambiance perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ensuring guests had the best experience possible. Whether it was arranging activities or providing recommendations, their service was top-notch.

位置非常便利，房間內可以做飯，缺點是早餐品種單一，度假村基本所有項目和商業都是18:00關門，有點早。

Great resort in Santa Claus Village with many activities. Staff are super friendly and nice

The location is very good indeed with spending in amount of US$590 for 2 nights . The front desk services is good too! However, the aluminium plating of shower cap is peel off that my finger is hurt. 4 pieces of towels are turned into grey colour and their edge are thrown. There is no connection with house keeping or front desk about your problem in room, you need go to front desk next morning and request to change the shower cap and all towels. So trouble! Honestly said, it is not worth living in with high prices.

房間很大 在聖誕長者村裡麪 但是去的時候不是最好的時候 沒有下雪 沒有極光 早餐挺多但是味道一般般 有小廚房燒飯

酒店的設施也相當完備。大堂寬敞明亮，提供了舒適的休息區，前台的工作人員非常友好，快速辦理入住手續，給我們提供了當地旅遊資訊，讓我們對行程有了更清晰的規劃。 我們入住的房間整潔舒適，裝潢現代，床鋪非常柔軟。房間內配備了免費的Wi-Fi、迷你吧和咖啡機。衛浴設備也相當優質，熱水供應充足。 總體而言，酒店在服務、設施和位置等方面都表現出色，是個值得推薦的住宿選擇。

房間寬敞、高雅、有桑拿房及廚房能滿足旅人需要。顧客服務人員都態度很好，面帶笑容、耐心及盡力提供我所需要的資訊，使我們有一個愉快的停留。

Suggest coming during after 1 November. Before this date, most facilities are closed.

地理位置很方便，就在聖誕長者村，氛圍感拉滿。訂的是套房，還是非常不錯的。房間從外看有點像留學生宿舍，進去以後挺寬敞，也是非常非常乾淨。浴室很大，有桑拿房，在自己房間就可以蒸桑拿。還有廚房，除了削皮刀，基本都有，但是沒有調料，要自備。我在這裏住了兩晚，做了兩頓晚飯。外面冰天雪地的，屋裡吃得很暖和很温馨，住得也很舒服。早餐比較遠，也不大好吃。還有一處不好，就是度假村房子很多，指示牌不清晰，路又不好，車子開到溝裏去了，找了拖車花了一千多，酒店也不管。這點服務上扣分很多！
