It doesn't look like the photos in the website. Medyo unkempt Yung mga common areas like the hallways and stairs.
Also, ang maldita ng front desk. Parang she needed to prove me wrong, when all she needed to do was ask for names to complete the check in process.

The Location of the hotel is very good, near from everything, the breakfast is good also. The problem on this hotel is the shower the water on the shower just a small drop you cannot shower properly. And at night if you sleep there are some guest who talk loud and laugh and 100% you can hear very loud on your room and you need to call the reception to silence them. Much better to some signages like be quite etc. This hotel have no elevator so if you have a heavy luggage its very hard. And also dont forget the tea on the reception area its not free you need to pay

What a beautiful place to stay! And the location is second to none! There is a lot to do and see close to this wonderful hotel, who also has one of the best breakfasts anywhere!

For the most part, this is a nice place to stay while in Roxas. The rooms are well kept and the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The food from the kitchen is nice but not consistent. You can order the same meal two days in a row, and the meal will differ both days. I would like to recommend the Tropical Salad, but it was hit and miss from day to day. The location of the hotel is fairly central, and most of the tricycle riders know where it is. We stayed a week and only had two issues, one was the occasional cockroach, and second, the front desk charging my mother 1,000 pesos for a box of herbal tea. My mother wasn't really familiar with the exchange rate at the time. The only recommendation that I can make, is don't get a room facing Rizal Street. I had room facing Rizal one night, the sound of the traffic was loud, and did not end.

Older place with friendly, helpful staff. It was comfortable. No elevator for the three floors.
