Our Stay! The house was awesome specially for the price! The outdoor area was perfect place to hang out!!! We would use it again.

Spring training trip The property was clean and the host was easy to deal with. We came down for spring training and the location was convenient. The outside area with the bar was a plus, as was the commode room located right off the patio. The Keurig coffee maker and pods were a plus as well. The location was near the airport so there was the occasional noise of planes landing but this did not bother us. The kitchen lacked a pizza pan, cookie sheet, and pot holders but otherwise had all the essentials. The tub/shower does not have a grab bar, and the towel racks were missing. We enjoyed our stay here and would come back again.

DON'T STAY HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! When I booked my stay, I was under the impression (per their information on the site) that I was allowed to have three dogs with no extra fee because NOWHERE did it say that there was one. This is not the first time I have used VRBO, and I know the rules and how to request a stay, mainly because I travel with animals. Thank goodness I wasn't far from home or in another state and knew the area because I don't know what I would have done had I not. I booked this location because I was having my house tented for termites; they were close enough to where I live, and they accepted dogs. For my request to go through, they also made me buy insurance for the time I would be there. I did, and they accepted. I moved in with my daughter and the dogs about three weeks later. We were quiet, did not settle in, and went straight to bed since it was late. I was gone for work by 6:45 am. In my profession, I can't carry my phone and had no idea what was going on until my lunch break at 1 pm. I had an email waiting for me telling me I needed to pay an extra $507.00 to the already $689 I had spent for the stay because of the dogs. The wife, not the host, insisted their listing did not allow animals. When I told her, "I have screenshot proof," she said she would call me back. Instead of a phone call, she sent an email kicking me out because I refused to pay an extra charge that was not mentioned. They would not refund my money, and VRBO was no help. DON'T BE SCAMMED; BEWARE OF THE HOST!!!
