Die Anlage liegt nur 5 Minuten from Trekking Gate. Ist eine schön eingewachsene Anlage, die gerade nach und nach renoviert wird. Aber es ist alles trotzdem intakt - nicht abgewohnt. Wie in ganz Uganda ist das Personal mega freundliche und hilfsbereit. Mein Mann fragte nach ein paar Blumen für mich zum Geburtstag und raus kam ein Dschungel Restaurant nur für mich - H A M M E R. Zum Gorilla trekking auf jedenfall einen Porter nehmen der alles trägt und hilft - ohne ihn hätte ich es nicht geschafft....mit Crystal Safari

I was a solo traveler, and I felt so comfortable in the lodge. The place itself is absolutely amazing, breathtaking view, staff is kind, professional, friendly, always there to greet with a smile and assist with anything and everything. The food was delicious. :) I had dinner one night, and they made it so special, they arranged flowers, saying good evening in my language. :) Also, in the evening, if you feel cold, they will make a fire in your room, which is so soothing, and they even leave a cute heating pad in your room to sleep comfortably. All in all, really amazing experience, nothing to complain about, and highly recommended.

I had an unforgettable stay at Gorilla Lodge during my recent trip to Bwindi for a gorilla trekking adventure. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The location is unbeatable — nestled in the forest with stunning views of the hills and misty jungle. Waking up to birdsong and the cool mountain air was magical. The rooms are cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a rustic yet comfortable feel. After a long trek, it was amazing to return to a hot shower, delicious local meals, and a relaxing fireplace in the evening. The team even helped organize our trekking permits and gave us helpful tips to prepare.

At night, it gets really cold, but every night the staff were thoughtful to bring hot water bottles and a light a fire during turn down. You enjoy clear views of Bwindi Impenentrable Park, only about 5 minutes drive away. I would recommend this property if you are looking to stay close by.

The hotel is nestled in the hills of the windy forest and a few meters from the entrance of the national park. Do the hotel workers have impeccable behavior to review the professionalism of the waiter, ézar and the employee valence. The only thing that did not rise to the occasion was the behavior of the person representing the hotel manager named Isabella. From the first moment he expressed a conceit and arrogance that we had never seen in anyone local since we have been in this wonderful country called Uganda for fifteen days.

It is a very nice place near the gorilla trekking. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly, always helpful and careful in every need I had. Always taking care of me in the best way. The place is very comfortable, clean and the food was very good.

Getting to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is an experience in itself and our time at the Gorilla Safari Lodge added to the amazing memories we have of this place. The staff are absolutely wonderful, with special dinners by the fire and in the 'forest room', and they looked after us for our whole stay. We highly recommend the lodge, just a short walk to the start of the gorilla treks, and of course the time spent with the gorillas was better than we even dreamed of. Thank you to all the staff and a big thanks to Eria for his wonderful , attentive and happy demeanour. Thanks also to our guide Thomas, and Brett at Sun Safaris for recommending this place.

Tucked away in the cold mountain, Volcanoes gorilla safari lodge is one of the best lodges. From the arrival to departure, every thing is personally tailored to attend to ones preference. Their professionalism service is top notch. Food exceptional

Il posto è comodo per partecipare al trekking per la ricerca dei gorilla Personale , bravo , attento e disponibile Brava la ragazza che fa i massaggi Cucina nella media Vini scarsi Nota dolente il Wi-Fi, la rete che non funzionano e la luce molto scarsa nelle stanze ( basterebbero delle buone lampade a led )
