The front desk staff's attitude needs improvement. When I called the front desk to ask for extra bathrobes and slippers, they were very impatient. They were also impatient when I asked about the charging station fees. 2. Room service needs improvement. They called to rush us to check out at 11:30 AM. 3. The hot spring front desk service needs improvement. I booked two rooms for 4 adults and 1 child and received 4 hot spring cards.
