Stayed at this hotel as part of coach party this week. Location is centre to Rudesheim, rooms clean with everything that's needed for a holiday. No noise issues. Food was overall good - perhaps a choice could be offered, but staff happy to change something if given a little notice. Staff pleasant and helpful such as bringing luggage down from bus park to hotel. Local amenities such as cable car, ferry, bars and restaurants very close to hotel

First of all, this is a hotel that deserves more guests. I spent only two nights here and, after a somewhat underwhelming first impression, I actually regretted leaving so early. If you are into wine, Rüdesheim is a fantastic base. You are surrounded by easily accessible vineyards and excellent Riesling producers around almost every corner. The possible downside is that the town itself is extremely touristy. I visited in May and was honestly surprised by the sheer amount of tourists this early in the season. The hotel sits right in the center of the old town and has a very pleasant terrace — although one gets the impression they would prefer to keep it mostly to themselves. Nearly every table was marked “Reserved” despite many remaining empty throughout the evening, and as a foreign traveller that subtly pushed me elsewhere. Still, the owner was genuinely warm and friendly, which softened that impression considerably. Breakfast is good and fairly varied. They immediately picked up on my need for gluten-free bread and had prepared a separate table setting for me each morning. A small gesture perhaps, but a thoughtful and much appreciated one. The beds are soft and genuinely comfortable to sleep in. There is no air conditioning, but with the windows open the rooms stayed reasonably pleasant during my stay. The house wine — unfortunately I forgot the name — was surprisingly enjoyable. I would place it somewhere around 86 points: simple, fresh, and perfectly fitting for long evenings in Rheingau. There is still some work to do, particularly with breakfast and the somewhat reserved atmosphere around the terrace area, but overall this place grew on me quickly. Enough so that I have already decided to return in September. They deserve more guests. Make a reservation.

Went to Rudesheim for a long weekend with Parrys coaches..Had a great time nice clean hotel good breakfast and evening meal. Rooms are good with lovely comfy beds and good shower. Hotel location is perfect for sightseeing with the cable car station right next door and the Drosselgasse and all it's bars 2 minutes walk.

Excellent location close to everything!! Room was comfortable and clean. Not a fancy hotel but perfect for couple of days. Perfect was very good and staff was very friendly! Had a good time and would definitely stay again.

Was a lovely hotel. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Walked straight out if hotel into the Christmas market. The food was good, would have liked a choice for evening meal. Cooked breakfast could have done with being hotter. Other than that was lovely stay.

We went with our local coach company and it was just okay food, small portions and very little or no choice of food but that's the coach companies negotiation. But the hotel is in a good location.

Arrived by Parry’s International Coaches from Midlands, greeted with a warm friendly atmosphere from the owner and staff. Lovely clean bedrooms/on suite. Good traditional German food for our stay with a good bar. Ideally situated for Rüdesheim Christmas market.

Not impressed. Been to this hotel a few times but not again Beds not comfy. Food bland and small portions for Germany Breakfast selection small and cold by English standards

We stayed in this wonderful hotel when visiting for the wine festival. The staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly and welcoming. Our room was perfect for our stay. It was quite hot so the hotel staff provided us with a fan which cooler the room down perfectly. Breakfast was delicious and there was a great range of things to choose from. All the food was very fresh, well prepared and presented well. This is a beautiful town and the hotel is perfectly situated. A fabulous visit and we will definitely be booking again! Great hotel. However, be carefull when parking. I used the public car park and walked down to the hotel because the road situation was chaotic. I had paid to use the hotel car park. I was advised of the location of the hotel car park and then that I had a grace period in the public car park. It had taken me 25 min and 49 sec to walk down and back and I have been fined 45 Euros. Mobility Hub is the name of the rip-off parking company. My advice, don't visit Rudesheim if you don't like being ripped off.
