Handy location. Accommodation clean and tidy. Fantastic staff. A little disappointing that the room smelled of the last occupant’s aftershave but it was managed by opening the window for a while. Surprised that a room advanced -booked for a couple was only given one hand and one bath towel. This was immediately put right by the delightful reception staff. Your breakfast team staff , the duty chef(10th May) especially,deserve high praise: my allergies were sensitively and swiftly addressed and staff really couldn’t have taken better care of me. Andreea the manager was working on her day off to ensure patrons were served: Premier Inn Rugby North (Newbold) is fortunate to have staff who go the extra mile- and more. We’d definitely come again.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast. Staff are very accommodating and always greet you with a smile. Breakfast is delicious and the rooms are always clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended for business or pleasure.

Top breakfast, very well cooked. Super friendly professional staff. Couldn’t rate higher! Trip advisor insisting on 200 characters minimum however almost ruined my breakfast as now I have to write an essay for the first time since I was a child.

Good food grear service, friendly but not over the top, only gripe is thats all you need for a reveiw 46 charictors yet here i am still writing at 121 because trip advisor is needy little b. Anyway this gets tiresum quickly at 186 now. Ruined my b

Lovely rooms & great service, plenty of selection for breakfast & very nicely cooked, premier plus rooms are the best, with the little extras & ultimate WiFi is great, I always try for these rooms but the others are just as comfy I stay once a fortnight for business

We had a really lovely stay at the Premier Inn Newbold. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome – everyone was friendly, helpful, and clearly took pride in delivering great service. Our room was recently refurbished and felt fresh, clean, and modern. The bed was super comfy and ensured a great night's sleep, and the shower was powerful and easy to use. Breakfast was a real highlight. There was an impressive range of options available, from cooked favourites to lighter continental choices. The quality of the cooking was excellent – everything was hot and fresh. A special mention to the chef, who was really attentive, making sure everyone was happy and well-fed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again – a great value, comfortable stay with standout service!
