Taunton Ruishton (M5, J25)

Thank you to the reception team Sasha was very helpful in our hour of need. All the team are very welcoming, along with the chef's amazing breakfast. The rooms was lovely and clean and the air conditioning even worked. We have stayed at the other location in Taunton but have found this Premier Inn to be the best by far. On a slight negative the outside could do with a Paint and we would to be able to dine here of an evening.

Amazing what a great hotel and great staff, We had an amazing Easter break visiting family and an amazing stay at this Premier Inn. we have stayed in a few and this is by far one of the better ones. The room was clean and fresh, breakfast was just right. Thank you for a great time.

Great location always use it as a stopover for trip to Devon, Staff always friendly and give us extra pillows etc. Room was good size and clean, shower was very powerful. Walked to country pub this time (Ruisthton Inn) turn left out of carpark and about 5 min walk beware not pavement for all the walk. Breakfast fresh and tasty will be back next time we are on our way to Devon.

I do a lot of travelling for business and have to stay in hotels quite often and I always like the Premier Inn brand because it’s consistently good clean hotels and friendly staff and comfy beds. I think this Hotel’s recently been upgraded because it had a fantastic mattress one of the best I’ve slept on -so much so I’ve rang up the hotel to find out what brand it is. it was a fantastic location right off the motorway and I used it to break up my journey down to Plymouth which I did the following morning Would definitely recommend

I requested a quiet room, but was given one overlooking a very busy dual carriageway and interchange. I then asked to change rooms and was given a quieter room. Its windows did not open and the room felt to be about 25-30C when I checked in. I switched on the air-conditioning and it was completely ineffectual. The room was stiflingly hot and I could not sleep. By 2am I had a headache. The pillow was very hard and gave me a stiff neck. Cleanliness outside the room was unacceptable with dead bugs and spiders on the windowsills in the hallway, plus used tissues. Parking was sufficient but with many overhanging trees with roosting birds you were at risk of bird droppings on you or your car. Breakfast was good with items freshly cooked. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A very warm and informative welcome from Nikki the receptionist. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. For a budget hotel we were very impressed by the accommodation and especially by the staff who were friendly and professional.
