Premier Inn Addlestone hotel

Very poor all round experience - from dirty linen on check ion to failures to clean it over 5 day stay , no hoover, room tidy or even a bed made - nothing despite requests timeously each day. Terrible noise from kids next door until 2 am and mother who did not care one bit. Staff overwhelmed by all the failures and management expressing the fact that they're resigning - not a good look

On arriving we had a QR code on email to scan at self check in machine though bith were nit working so had to wait. Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable. We noticed straight away that there was only 1 bath towel. We were staying 2 nights and I dont mind using the same towel for the duration but for 2 people its a stretch so had to request another from reception. After a nice shower and seeing a poster in the lift decided to have the meal deal which was a bargain. £29 for a 3 course meal, drink and breakfast next day. However there was a menu in the room but didn't have any information about meal deal on. So upon entering the restaurant area I asked for 2 pints and was told that the menus are generic for all prem inns and this one doesn't have a bar so only bottles were available. Then when ready to order food we were shown a form explaining what was excluded from meal deal. This was fine but would of been handy to have in room with other menu. Regardless the food was delicious and was bigger portions than I expected. Unfortunately the breakfast the next morning was disappointing. Buffet style as wasn't particularly hot. We stayed previously at Bridge Barn which did breakfast cooked to order which would have been better. Overall the stay was good and would recommend. There are lots of shops, take aways and restuarents close by.

Great staff, very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable which was my priority when selecting a hotel. I ate in the restaurant in the evening and had the gammon steak which was really tasty. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. The only thing that could improve my stay is a hand held shower as well as a fixed shower in the bath. All great otherwise! Thank you Addlestone PI.

We hebben hier een nacht geslapen en dit is een Premier Inn zoals je van Premier Inn verwacht. Kort parkeren voor de deur, vriendelijke staf en secure en gratis parkeren in de parkeer garage op de hoek. Verder is het een vrij nieuw hotel met mooie, stille en schone kamers en een goede airco. De bedden zijn, zoals in de meeste Premier Inn’s, goed. We vonden er weinig leuke horeca in de omgeving, maar in Weybridge hebben we heerlijk gegeten na een lekkere wandeling langs de Wey. Verder zit er een Waitrose onder het hotel, dus lekker makkelijk voor een alternatief ontbijt of snack.

I have stayed over 40 times at this Premier Inn in Addlestone ever since it opened in 2019.. due to my work being closeby In recent times the service at the reception is now poor, they dont seem interested in the customer anymore. last three times they have coded the key only for one night, and it isnt me being some RF freak, as I use PI all over the country with exactly the same RF cards and no issues, now it is almost always goto room, work out it didnt work, travel all the way back, to get hassel of reception, making out its my fault, yet 2 others having exactly the same issue at the same time..... its really really bad here now.. coupled with next to zero maintaince happening, for the last 6 stays I have complained that the Basin Sink tap the water doesnt get hot because the Tap doesnt turn to hot (barley past 6 o'clock towards 9 on the 9 -3 they goto at other PI, and it just gets ignored they dont fix them, today I had to unblock my own sink.. how come the cleaner didnt fix this.. maybe iy was reported but of course no fix As many others have reported the Air Conditioning no longer gets cold.. all this is down to poor managment of staff and maintaince.. They removed the lovel ches lounger and put an uncofortable chair.. lets not even talk about how expensive the paid internet is now..... Come on Premier Inn you DO better elsewhere, whats broken at this one.... Shockingly bad for Premier Inn

The hotel was in a convenient location near the motorway and all was good with the stay. The multi story car parking was great but do not use the postcode on the hotel website to find it as this will take you down a narrow dead end. Continue to the roundabout and follow the signs to the car park.
