"Very clean room with a big kingsize bed for me one tourist to sleep on is such a comfort in Sydney. Love the tv and tv programs especially project on Channel 10. The french lady in the office is helpful and will assist you in everything and the cleaners are also friendly to talk to. "Perfectly fine hotel to stay in and good location right off the main strip. Checking in after hours was a bit difficult and I needed to call a number and go through quite a bit of stuff to get the access code but once I was in there the room was a decent size and clean and nice. I’d stay here again because of the location."

"Strong point: Ideal location close to the metro exit. It is possible to go to the center of Sydney on foot and if you walk around Victoria it is possible to have a very beautiful view of the Sydney landscape. Weak point: The hotel has a laundry room, however it is a shame that it is not clean. The hotel is not new, the room was ok for a short stay."

"Really enjoyed our stay at De Vere's. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to everything you want to see in Elizabeth Bay, Potts Point, King's Cross and Darlinghurst. Close enough for a day's walk taking in Elizabeth Bay House, The Art Gallery of NSW and the Opera House."

"Great location and great people. For the price it is very good. Points of criticism: - If you have the upper bed, you don't have a socket on the bed. You may be lucky that there is an extension cable - there are no curtains on the beds. So zero privacy"

"Great cheap and small place. Enough place to accommodate a family with kids. Everything is clean and neat and tidy. Breakfast is simple and full of carbs 😉 bread and muesli. Thanks for the milk and hospital type jam and butter. Parking is tough but I did manage to squeeze my jolion in there. Saw a big car struggling."

"I loved my stay at this hostel. I met great people, the room was super comfy, very quiet. The kitchen + living room are super spacious, it's really nice here! Location is perfect, just a 15min walk from the botanical gardens + a view on the opera house. And a 2 min walk from Kingscross train station, from which you can take a train to most parts of the city + outside of Syndey. Lovely! If you stay in Sydney, I would 100% recommend London Plane Backpackers."

"Great little trendy and stylish hotel in a very convenient location just 300m from the train station and tons of supermarkets and eating options nearby. It’s a short walk to trendy restaurants and coffee shops and the neighborhood itself has a lot of character. Love the details in the room including the books about King’s Cross the neighborhood."
