Dieses Hotel kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Hier stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Die absolute Nähe zum Freizeitpark ist super. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel wurde renoviert und befindet sich in einem Top Zustand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden sogar kostenlos mit dem Hotel Shuttle zum Parkeingang gefahren. Hierher kommen wir gerne wieder.

Für mich äusserst fragwürdige Menschlichkeit! Keinerlei Kulanzbereitschaft und keine wohlwollende Grundhaltung mir gegenüber. Sehr schade, dass die Betreiber nicht an einer guten Lösung bzw. Alternative interessiert waren und auf Paragraphen pochten. Für mich kommt das einer Bereicherung gleich.

Secondo anno in questo hotel per tre giorni all'Europa Park e confermo ciò che ho scritto nella recensione precedente, è un hotel che ha tutti i confort , buona colazione , situato in zona hotel del parco e quest'anno si poteva pure entrare in modo comodo proprio dagli ingressi al parco degli hotel a 5 minuti a piedi. Cordiale e simpatico il direttore siciliano alla reception che ci ha dato "in Italiano" tutte le indicazioni e ci ha prenotato il taxi per trasferimento in stazione l'ultimo giorno. In alternativa agli hotel del parco è molto consigliabile!

L'emplacement est bien, à mi-chemin entre Europa Park et Rulantica, mais attention ! On ne peut pas entrer à Europa Park par le quartier espagnol car l'hôtel n'appartient pas à Europa Park (on peut sortir par là par contre), il faut faire tout le tour jusqu'au quartier allemand. On y est allés en voiture, parking bien organisé et ticket de parking gratuit à la réception de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner correct, chambre assez spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Wifi non fonctionnel dans notre chambre (205). Très difficile de s'y connecter, et connexion instable et inutilisable. Réponse très variable du personnel auquel nous avons signalé le problème (3 fois): "c'est parce qu'il pleut, il faut attendre que ça s'arrête". Jamais vu un Wifi impacté par la pluie !! Une autre: "c'est pareil dans tout l'hôtel, on n'y peut rien". Faux, dans le lobby ça marchait correctement. Un 3e: "je m'en occupe, je le signale tout de suite". Mais ça n'a rien changé. Je soupçonne que cette chambre au bout du couloir est simplement trop loin du point d'accès près de l'ascenseur, il en faudrait un autre, et/ou trop d'interférences avec les Wifi des bâtiments voisins, on en voit beaucoup. C'est dommage car ça aurait été bien utile pour regarder la télé en français après une grosse journée fatigante dans un des parcs... On a utilisé nos téléphones portables, mais limité à l'étranger avec un forfait Français. Aucune chaîne Française sur la télé de la chambre malgré la proximité de la frontière et le nombre de clients Français.

Hôtel tout proche d'Europapark. Certes nous avons préféré le charme des hôtels du parc. Mais pour qui souhaite faire des économies l'hôtel est très proche (à 5mn à pieds des hôtels du parc) et propose même des navettes pour se rendre à Rulentica. Propre et confortable, avec un parking attitré et un petit déjeuner tout ce qu'il y'a de plus correct. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Un personnel très accueillant et souriant, serviable et parlant Français. La chambre est très propre et confortable. Au calme même avec la fenêtre ouverte. Environ 10 à 15 minutes à pied de l'entrée principale de Europa Park ou Rulantica. Mais si vous voulez vous y rendre en voiture l'hôtel donne un ticket de parking gratuit. Il y a aussi un parking gratuit dans l'hôtel. Possibilité aussi d'avoir des restaurants à proximité. Le petit déjeuner en buffet est très bien, avec de nombreux choix sucré salé.

Sehr sauberes und geräumige Zimmer (Doppelbett + Etagenbett). Das Bad war ebenfalls sauber und funktional. Das selbständige Einchecken wirklich einfach und flott. Der Service war super. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig. Wirklich jeder kam auf seine Kosten. Egal ob herzhaft (Rührei & Speck oder eine große Auswahl an Aufschnitt), süß (Marmeladen, Nutella, Schoko Croissants, etc.) als auch gesund (große Auswahl an Müsli, Joghurts, frischen Obst, Rohkost, Käseaufschnitt). Alle erdenklichen Kaffeevariationen, Kakao, Tees und Säfte standen zur Verfügung.

Really happy with how our holiday went. The staff are very kind and helpful and the hotel is well-managed. At breakfast there is so much to choose from, it is all made fresh and the staff are happy + quick to restock the empty areas at breakfast times. The rooms are very clean with pillows so fluffy and light we always managed to get a great nights sleep. It’s great for when you are going to Europa Park and the hotel is very secure. Overall lovely experience and very impressed.

Brilliant hotel, reception staff very friendly and breakfast (buffet style) was enjoyable to set us up in the morning. There was a bus to Europa Park and then it was a really quick walk home after leaving the park (via Spain if I remember) Only thing to consider is if you’re leaving early hours to catch a train that there isn’t many options to get to train station, we paid a fair bit for a taxi but not the hotel’s fault obviously. Theres a Lidl 5-10 minutes walk away and the Hotel Colosseo has a few good options for dinner, not too costly, with great theming.
