Subject: Refund Request for Saklı Bungalow Sapanca Stay
Dear Trip.com Customer Service,
I am writing to formally request a full refund for my recent booking at Saklı Bungalow Sapanca, made through your platform for the dates 10–12 July 2025.
This was supposed to be a luxury stay in a jacuzzi-equipped bungalow with breakfast included, as clearly stated in the listing. Unfortunately, the reality was entirely different and deeply disappointing:
1. Lack of Hygiene: The entire facility was dirty and unhygienic. The jacuzzi, bathroom, and bedding were in unacceptable condition, making it impossible for us to rest or sleep comfortably.
2. Missing Breakfast: Despite choosing a package that clearly included breakfast for 2–3 people, we were informed on-site that no breakfast would be provided. This is a clear violation of the booking terms.
3. Poor Accommodation Standards: The bungalow looked nothing like the photos or description on your site. The overall environment was neglected, service was unprofessional, and we did not receive the level of comfort or service we paid for.

Due to these serious issues, we were unable to enjoy our vacation and were forced to endure extremely poor conditions. I am requesting a full refund for this booking due to the misleading listing and unacceptable service.
