Awful stay They charged me the deposit even though nothing was broken. It was so disgusting on the inside and the guy at the front desk was so rude. All the beds had stains and the sheets too. Even the towels had stains. And they wouldn't refund me. Absolutely awful.

Was a nice place to stay! Had the jacuzzi suite and it was lovely and huge room. Was clean and only about 7 minutes from silver dollar city.

Pro's: It's close to Silver Dollar City, it has a roof and a working AC unit though it has seen better days. Cons: Everything else, Owner/Management is bad people. Working from tollerable to shady, Tollerable - we needed a second towel for my wife and they all but refused to give it to her. Still tollerable - My son locked his key in the room and again all but refused to give him a second key card. Way shady - while we were IN the pool the wind jumped up and while scrambling to get out of the pool area a table and chair flew into my granddaughter knocking her down causing bruises and scrapes. While the hotel was refusing to give my son a second key card he told him their lucky we dont sue and he was told that the pool had been locked and that we jumped the gate. We had been in the pool, with other vacationers, for over an hour and the other guests were in there before us. Last shady act, when the wind kicked up, a branch from a tree fell on the tail end of a Ford Bronco that was parked under it, the owner went and pulled the branch off the vehicle and pushed it down a slope not leaving a note for the owner to check for damage. I found the owner and we inspected the vehicle and only found 1 scratch and she had the same opinion that the owner/mgmt was a shady character. I recommened staying away from this hotel. A single night with no expectations other than a bed it's all yours. No customer service, no pleasant interactions with staff. Don't expect a nice meet and greet.
