"The owner of the B&B is very polite, hospitable and kind. The room and bathroom are generally very clean. The dining room is also very clean. The food is quite delicious and there are different menu options. Only the heater will automatically turn off at night, and improvements will be made after feedback. There are not many parking spaces, so those who drive should ask."

"لقد مكثنا هنا لمدة ليلة واحدة بعد زواجنا العائلي في الأمس، وكان المكان المثالي لمثل هذه المناسبة الخاصة. من البداية إلى النهاية، كانت الخدمة استثنائية وكل موظف ذهب إلى ما هو أبعد من ذلك لجعل إقامتنا ذكرى لا تنسى. تحتوي جميع الغرف على تلفزيون مع قنوات فضائية، وثلاجة. تحتوي كل غرفة مكيفة الهواء على جهاز تلفزيون مع قنوات فضائية. كما تتوفر في المنطقة مركز تجارية. يمكن للضيوف الطعام كان بالتأكيد 5-star فقد تم تقديمه بشكل جميل وكان كل من الدور الثلاث لذيذ. غرفتنا , اللاونج كان مشرق وهادى ومطل على البحيرة. كان فيه كل ما نحتاجه وكانت مريحة جدا كانت إقامتنا في الفندق ممتازة. وقد أعجبتني الإقامة في هذا الفندق كثيرا. فقد كان الإفطار في الصباح التالي ممتاز أيضا. شكر خاص لجميع الموظفين على احترافيتهم واهتمامهم بالتفاصيل والخدمة الغير مقصودة طوال فترة إقامتنا. سوف نوصي بشدة بهذا الفندق للحفلات والمناسبات أو والاسترخاء!"

"We visited family in Southsea and decided to pop over to the Isle of Wight for a couple of days. Travelling by hovercraft we decided to stay in Ryde as we weren't going to be there for an extended holiday. We found Anchor Down online and it looked promising. Booked for 2 nights. Its close to the hovercraft terminal, literally 5 minutes away. Easy to find. On arrival we were greeted by the owners Chris and Desiree. Chris can trace his heritage back to the time of Charles I. They are a fascinating couple who have led an exciting existence. Our room, The Captain, was spacious and comfortable. The view from the window right across the Solent. A comfortable chair to relax into that view, watching the ferry's, catamaran's and hovercraft making their journeys back and forth. Desi has thought of everything to make your stay exceptional, a welcome pack including tea and coffee making facilities, mini fridge and breakfast ingredients. They also currently have a deal with a local Cafe providing full cooked breakfast for a reduced price when staying at Anchor Down. En suite is spacious too with a lovely big shower area. Chris and Desiree have a wealth of local knowledge to share that will make your stay on the island so much better. All in all we found it great value with wonderful hosts, and I have no doubt we will be back again as we still have so much to explore."

"If I could I would rate zero. The pub sign “ The Inn For All” !! It should state “unless you are disabled”. I appreciate that as a person who requires an accessible toilet I am in the minority, however this establishment is big enough to accommodate an accessible toilet, which it does not. In this day and age it is totally unexceptionable to discriminate for no reason a part of your community, and when management were asked no apology made. If you have a disability AVOID this place. We were going to stay for a meal but unfortunately I am unable to cross my legs! Fishbourne Inn shame on you!"
