The hotel is a mere 100 m away from the sea and a few minutes' walk from a great number of bars and restaurants. The town itself can be reached by the direct airport bus, which you can't say about everywhere in Mallorca, especially not on the East coast of the island. Our breakfast was in the nearby Playa Blanca Hotel and we had a view of the pool. We had car parking for free in and around the disused mini golf course in the back. It was very reasonably priced rates for mid July high season, including breakfast. The only downside was the check-in process - we did NOT know that we were meant to go to the nearby Playa Blanca hotel to check in, so when you arrive at 2.30am (our flight was nearly 3 hours late) you could be a bit puzzled as to what to do and where to go. You live, you learn.

An sich ganz ok, nur kann man die Balkontür nicht richtig zu schließen, da es kein Schloss hat, sondern nur eine Kette. Das Frühstück ist auch eher schlecht als gut. Bei Juan gebucht und trotzdem in ein anderes Hotel gekommen, Playa Blanca. Für 152€ vier Nächte ist es aus haltbar, jedoch sicherheitstechnisch Unterste Schublade, man kann den Balkon nicht richtig schließen und es gibt zwar einen Safe, jedoch ohne Schlüssel.

I had read the bad reviews and was slightly worried but I was expecting the worst. I have to say, you get what you pay for. It's not 4 star, but you're not paying for that. It's one of the cheapest accommodations on the whole island, so I was very happy with what I got. My room was on the third floor, looking out over the street and my view was uninterrupted, with a view of mountains in the distance. Below was the Playa Blanca Bar, which played music each night, was noisy but if you closed your balcony door, you don't hear it. Room was basic but clean with bed made every day, bin changed and fresh towels every day. Breakfast was a choice of hot food (bacon, egg, sausage, beans) and always fresh croissants, bread, fruit etc. It's basic but kept us fed! Pool area is a bit grubby but was lovely and quiet with plenty of space and beds. I was in the pool everyday. I would stay again as completely acceptable for the price you pay.

Nous avons eu la chambre 405, par où commencer ? Le rideau de douche jaunâtre et taché ? Les 3 cafards dans la baignoire ? L’eau qui stagne dans le lavabo même au bout de 40min ? Le ventilo encrassé ? La poignée de la porte fenêtre qui tient avec 1 visse prête à tomber ? Ou le jet de la douche qui part dans tous les sens ? Nous avons demandé une nouvelle chambre et montré les photos de cafard au concierge, il n’a même pas réagit et nous a donné une nouvelle chambre, c’est très douteux. Bref hôtel convient pour dépanner et encore .. Seul avantage de cet hôtel : situé à 5min de la plage, idéal pour fuir loin des cafards.

Cominciamo dal fatto che quando arrivi entri in questo "hotel" e non c'è NESSUNO,tutto abbandonato a se stesso,NESSUNA indicazione sul dove fare il check in,tanto che io e la mia compagna giriamo attorno per capire,per fortuna abbiamo incontrato un ragazzo che ci ha detto che il check in lo fanno nell'hotel di fianco,il Playa Banca. Entriamo,facciamo il check in,ci consegnano le chiave e finalmente riusciamo ad andare in stanza....mentre saliamo ci imbattiamo nei quadri (storti e rotti) con le foto del mitico e poco egocentrico padrone dell'hotel,in ogni piano ci saranno 15/20 quadri...bah...arriviamo alla porta della stanza, al terzo piano,apriamo e...et voilà,400 gradi di benvenuto (siamo nel 2023,aria condizionata inesistente),solo 2 prese della corrente,letto scomodo che fa rumori assurdi ad ogni minimo movimento,terrazzo che manco le carceri,le sbarre dividono un terrazzo dall'altro ma privacy 0 vedevi tutto ciò che facevano i vicini,il bagno poi...uno SCHIFO totale,chiazze strane sul copritazza e sull'asse,tenda doccia che neanche nell'80 a Rimini (anche le piastrelle nella stanza mamma mia...)e poi c'è lei,la mitica doccia dal quale fare uscire acqua è un'impresa, e,quando esce, è solo BOLLENTE,calcolate che in stanza ci sono 400 gradi,fuori 50...vorresti un po' di acqua fresca,invece... Dopo 3 giorni infernali,anche di notte la temperatura della stanza non va sotto i 35/40 gradi,chiediamo di cambiare stanza soprattutto per poterci lavare...otteniamo un "upgrade" e ci spostano al primo piano,la stanza è un milionesimo meglio dell'altra ma almeno esce un pelino d'acqua in più dalla doccia e ha un finto parquet che fa troppo ridere oltre a una foto di oasi e palme alle spalle del letto! Ultimi 2 appunti colazione e piscina,la colazione è,a parer mio,indecente,frutta tirata fuori da barattoli ,affettati da vaschetta,succhi di frutta ridicoli e poi loro sua maestà le Brioches, metà la mangiavo e l'altra metà rimaneva incollata alla teglia,basta usare la carta da forno....CARTA DA FORNO,non è difficile!!!! La piscina: Sdraio e ombrelloni ridicoli,tutto rotto,bordo piscina trascurato e sporco!!! Evitate questo posta ciò come la peste...non è un hotel ma è un WC

Cosa è piaciuto · Hotel in buona posizione vicino al mare, ottima colazione e possibilità di utilizzo della piscina. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo tra i piu' bassi di Majorca per i servizi offerti. Cosa non è piaciuto · In 7 notti non ci sono mai state cambiate la biancheria ed asciugamani. Struttura necissita di una ristrutturazione ed inoltre c'erano poche prese di corrente (appena 1 in camera + 1 in bagno)
