Lovely hotel, friendly and most of it clean . Loud with air con on ,but needed it. Like to have a bath , but know showers are more economical. Overall a lovely room. Entertainment staff worked hard . Paid entertainment was poor. ....... Overall a good stay. Beach nearby was well worth going to

Cibo pessimo, pulizia delle stanze fatta quando decidono loro e decisamente scarsa. Non la consiglierei a nessun italiano. Siamo abituati a ben altri cibi di qualità. Segnalato come un tre stelle, ma la qualità è di un due. Alla reception non sanno dare risposte alle domande dei clienti in merito alla scarsa pulizia delle camere. Unica nota positiva della vacanza il mare meraviglioso che trovi spostandoti con l’auto, perché la spiaggia adiacente non è granché. Camerieri cordiali, piscina carina. Per il resto terribile.

I tried not to let this hotel ruin our holiday which was difficult. We was on 1st floor so had the music banging in our room all day and night, went to pool to relax then again music banging so went beach instead, then music changed to slow miserable songs we hadn’t heard and sounded like they were singing in pain, this totally spoilt our holiday, food was not good not much choice and same every meal time I had pasta 3 days in a row which is too much for me also made chip butties with the bagettes, love desserts but they was same each mealtime, drinks were not very good never been sober so long on an all inclusive before, the bingo a big rip off 8 euro a game to win a bottle of wine when you’re all inclusive !! The entertainment was ok can’t knock the staff as they can only work with what they’ve got,1st time I’ve paid to use an iron in a hotel and it looked like a guest had left this as it had an English plug on, the guests looked miserable no one seemed to be having fun and enjoying themselves isn’t this what holidays are about, only good thing the air con keeping us cool the settee I slept on was comfortable the shower good everything was clean in room but dated tho, we popped to the blue seas in Cala millor and they had the same banging music on, won’t ever stay in none of their hotels again, not keen on Mallorca now so back to good old Benidorm for me.

La habitación es muy cómoda y confortable. Tanto el personal como la comida son impecables. La única pega es las chicas de limpieza no llevan una aspiradora y les cuestan limpiar los sofás.

Had a lovely time away the hotel was clean staff where helpful , I liked the way that they reuse there cups and they have a lot of entertainment threw out the day and night and a children’s disco . In the day time they do a lot of entertainment such as ping pong , archery, water polo and games to win cocktail games . The only fault that I can say was the food we ate out multiple nights as there was not much selection at all , my partner as quite fussy and he only ate chips and spaghetti every lunch and dinner . There was different meats on everyday ( the sweet and sour pork was unreal) but other than the food I can’t fault my stay

This is a genuine review, this is my fourth time in Mallorca, first and last time at Bluesea Granplaya . I’ve been to all inclusive hotels before. I wasn’t expecting 5 star luxury, but I was s bit shocked by the standards of the food, it wasn’t great, at best it was edible and a few times horrific, after paying all inclusive we ended up eating out a lot of the time for all meals, and the snack bar was cheese, ham, tomatoes and chips from the day before. Coffee machine only available at breakfast time, unless you get it in a plastic beer cup from the lobby bar, no soft drinks either for breakfast. The ice cream machine only works for the dinner time. The pools were ok but there wasn’t enough parasol/shaded areas. Beer at the lobby bar was SanMiguel only, cocktails made with local alcohol (tasting like petrol !) any known/ brand name spirits, you had to pay for. After having a shock from the snack bar we got into our room and the air con didn’t work, I went downstairs and they sent someone to our room. he the said it’s working fine, after 30 min I had to go back to reception again, they did send someone there again to say the same thing, after the fourth time one staff said it’s the new system. I found other guests also complaining about the air con and I gave up. It just wasn’t cold, which made being in the room during the day impossible and trying to sleep at night very uncomfortable as it was extremely hot. It wasn’t a cheap holiday at nearly 2k. Should be a lot better. I have to say all staff were helpful and very friendly, the hotel was clean. The location was very good, short walk to the beautiful beach, restaurants and shops. But I’m sorry I could never recommend this hotel to anyone.
