110 km north of Jyväskylä, Lake Muuruejärvi 30 m (length 10 km, width 3 km), shallow, hard sand/gravel bottom, own boat.

Log building 1997. Ground floor: kitchen, living room, dressing room, laundry room, sauna, glazed porch and 2 open porches. Kitchen renovated in 2007. Upstairs: (with a total of 3 bedrooms): a large bedroom opening onto the lake, with a double bed, a sofa bed for two and a cot for baby. Access to the outdoor terrace from the room. On the forest side, 2 bedrooms with double beds.

The cabin also has a baking oven, air source heat pump, dishwasher, TV, WiFi, radio and other TV for the games.

For boating, the cottage has 7 adult life jackets and one 15- 20 kg and two 30-40 kg life jackets. The atmospheric log cabin is located on the southern shore of the clean and peaceful Lake Muurue. From the cottage, a path leads to the beach house on the beach, which has a grill and a roofed open terrace overlooking the lake to enjoy the evening sun. There are plenty of blueberries in the nearby forest, as well as sturdy trees with thick bark surrounding the cabin. There is also a separate smoking oven on the beach, for example for preparing delicious smoked fish. There is a swing next to the house.

Viitasaari is full of events in the summer and activities are also active in nearby villages. Huopanankoski is 6 km away, where fishing is possible, as well as other fine rapids, Keihärin, Hilmon, Kärnän and Kymönkoski are nearby.

Final cleaning and bed linen are available when ordered separately.
