"This is the worse hotel/room I ever stayed in my experience. Its so smelly and in dirty condition. They had to change 2 rooms and finally we had to settle down in 3rd room out of no choice. The bed in very bad condition and the pillow.. OMG!! like has been used or washed for years and not changed! They even charged 30THB for each extra pillow.. for the dirty pillow! The first 2 rooms was so smelly, especially from the toilet! Balcony.. OMG, definitely where they grow diseases! Even the glass door cant be opened! Hygiene is out of the question, none of them knows the meaning of hygiene or cleanliness. The receptionist took the passport without even explaining hotel policy. After a stern warning, the receptionist returned my passport with a deposit of 500 THB. Is my passport worth 500 THB .. hahaha... never expect this! This is definitely a hotel not to be stayed unless none of you care about hygiene or cleanliness!!! The picture from the Trip.com for this hotel looks so clean and promising, later turned out to be biggest regret! Trip.com should always ask for latest pictures from hotel and verify it before posting it. This is so irresponsible and deceiving, layman term, cheating customers! Trip.com should take responsibility for this! Will never book this hotel again! Pictures attached as proof!"

"We stayed for 3 nights last week and were very satisfied with our experience. The service was excellent throughout our stay. As there is no public transportation in Dannok, Thailand, the hotel’s free shuttle service was extremely helpful—they sent us to nearby attractions and even provided transport back to the border. For this price range, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the stay included breakfast for two, which was a great value. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and will definitely choose Satit Grand View again when we return next month."
