at first site the room looked fine. as we began to get settled it became clear that the floor was dirty. there was a washable stain on one of the pillows, I requested 4 new pillow cases. after waiting an hour I called to check and the young lady stated, I forgot your room number so I'm waiting for you to come pick them up, reception was a few doors down the hall, not a difficult task. the only thing she could find were 3 pillow protectors, which was better then nothing. once I saw the sharpness of the pillow protectors it became obvious that the sheets and pillows had not been changed. it was late and my husband had fallen asleep so I didn't request a new room or sheets fearing that they would not be able to accommodate either. in the morning the only person I could find was a very nice young hotel housekeeper, I informed her of my situation. she walked back to the room with me and immediately agree that the floor was disgusting and she confirmed that those sheets were probably not changed. she stated that the housekeeper who had cleaned our room, based on a small note with her name on it, was not very good at her job. she took notes and said she would pass on the information to her manager,

Nice quiet rooms with great a bed.

Hotel stay We had a great experience here. Would definitely stay again. From the front desk to the bar the service was up to par.
