Beacon Country House Hotel & Luxury Shepherd Huts

A very comfortable stay. Staff we very friendly and attentive. Hotel was clean and tidy, food was excellent. Views from the elevated position we fantastic across the valley. Would certainly stay again.

We spent one night here and wish we had booked for longer. The hotel is beautifully kept and in a lovely position outside St Agnes with wonderful rural views. The owner gave us a warm welcome and announced that we had been upgraded to the best room in the hotel. Wow! What a treat. The hotel is spotless and our room was huge with fabulous views, a super comfy bed and great bathroom which felt new. We had everything we could have rushed for and more. The bar is pleasant and well- stocked. We didn’t dine there as we had arranged to meet friends elsewhere but the menu looked good and the dining room had a lovely feel. The Shepherds Huts in the grounds look cosy. We fell asleep to the hoot of an owl and woke to tuneful birdsong having had a blissful sleep. Breakfast was delicious and kept us going all day. We can’t wait to return to this little gem with a wonderful friendly vibe.

Amazing hotel. Ideal base to explore Cornwall. Our hosts were fabulous. Didnt book until the day before we arrived but oh so pleased we did. It's called a Country hotel because its sat in a beautiful rural area with views that make you smile. The owners really look after this place as its immaculate both inside and out. Breakfast was top class with quality local produce. Very handy with 2 EV charging points in the carpark. Beds were super comfy and bed linen and towels so fresh and clean. Thank you
