Our home gets its nickname from the massive great room, with plenty of comfy seating, a full-size ping pong table, and other fun games to make memories with your family and friends. The cozy formal sitting room has a piano, and the sun-drenched Florida room is a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch TV or read a book. Fully updated chef's kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed, and the updated downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Upstairs, the huge primary bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and reading nook. The fully updated upstairs bathroom features dual sinks and walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The second bedroom upstairs has two single beds. The private backyard has a dining table that seats 6, gas BBQ, and lounge furniture.
