Stay here all the time on way back from Scotland, great hotel with great staff ,don't know their names but they are all brilliant! Only know the name of 1 member of staff, and that is Karen who always remembers you and what you like 👍 Restaurant next door has friendly staff and good pub food.

This is a well placed hotel with a lovely attached restaurant. Nice staff, good clean room, amazing bed aa usual. Good meal in the attached restaurant and served quickly even though it was busy. We left early and didnt have breakfast so cannot comment. Would certainly stay again

We stayed here for 1 night on the way to Scotland from Norfolk. This hotel is conveniently situated right off the motorway and has a separate Beefeater restaurant for meals. It's everything you can expect from a Premier Inn - clean, comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff greeted us warmly and we had 2 tasty meals at the restaurant.

Fantastic stay at the Premier Inn. I organised the stay for a large group of 62. All the staff were very helpful, especially Dianne who went out of her way to help us. Would definitely stay again. Check in was really quick and smooth considering how many there were of us.

this is the nicest hotels that i have ever stayed at, the staff are so polite, and the location is amazing, and ideal for the motorway being not far away from the hotel, the beefeater near bye is ideal for meals, the hotel has free internet, and the parking is good and lots of disabled parking spaces

Diana was extremely helpful and very welcoming. She went above and beyond when my son and I needed a room, helping us log on and retrieve our booking.she is so lovely and will definitely return for another stay. It was a last minute booking and we were supported but Diana in finding a room in the hotel at junction 44. She also helped me log onto the website and book our room. Very caring and efficient in her job. Thankyou

Very friendly and staff were amazing No lift but all OK with easy to get too Rooms Very clean easy parking And easy to check in We had a meal deal and this was great food, cooked well and choices were good. This was at the beefeater next door which was easy to access

We had a great two night stay, no issues. Nice clean hotel and room. Friendly staff. Great location for Carlisle centre and train station. Breakfast was hot with lots of cold options. Restaurant was nice and clean in the mornings for breakfast, the staff never stop ensuring all is catered for. Would definitely return if staying in Carlisle.
