Nice new opened hotel with nice restaurants in and Eiffel towel view. Close to the metro station but far from the city.

Very modern hotel the staff was excellent specially the Algerian guy in the bar the chubby one he was very nice helpful the rules were very clean or modern. An excellent hotel to stay in. I give you also 10 after 10.

We booked for the view. The receptionist is not very helpful, gave us the key card to use swimming pool but the card is not working. Unable to explain about changing room for swimming pool. It was raining when we arrived and did not mention that the umbrellas are provided, at all. The daily compliments are not refilled. No one pick up when we called to front desk.

it's a good place

- At check-in, staff demanded an **€800 deposit per room** (unusually high). This was not match on the confirmation booking. - Unexplained Charges: Despite using express checkout with **no F&B/services consumed**, my card was charged **€124.80 per room** post-departure. The hotel has not replied to my email requesting an explanation yet. - Staff failed to mention that pool/rooftop bar access required advance reservations. We only learned this after questioning local employees, causing inconvenience. - Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was a good one but they charged us extra fee with no notice and explanation. We called but they responded us in a very rude manner like kept interrupting me and did not tell us why the fee was charged. We emailed but no answer from them. So be aware of the hidden extra fee that they never mention.

Hotel and rooms are nice but service is very terrible. Aircon didn't work for 2 days which is completely unacceptable as well. Avoid this hotel

The hotel is new but the location is far from City.

看比賽，足球場，必住，不錯，環境

房間還行，就是不是太方便

酒店衞生很好，交通便利，出門就有13號地鐵
