我訂了三人間，空間可以，但是發現空調漏水，前台給換了個房間，新房間是個大床房，然後鋪了張沙發床。 要求前台更換同樣房型，沒有房；要求提供2個標間，也沒有房。 要求退差價，我的三人間當天1800元，標間衹要800多，前台表示沒權限。要我郵件申請。 發郵件後，酒店管理團隊死活咬定2個房間是一樣的（見圖），都可以睡三個人，提供照片面積大小差1/3，衞生間面積小一半，也沒用，多輪溝通無果。 攜程出面也溝通不了。 建議小夥伴別住這家，何必受這個氣。 這裏表揚下攜程，客服還是很認真負責幫忙溝通的，雖然酒店嘴硬。 那麼多酒店，有的選別訂這家 那麼多酒店，有的選別訂這家 那麼多酒店，有的選別訂這家！！！

Good location near the train station. Near restaurant as well. Groceries are also nearby. Reception is very nice too. First day breakfast buffet is very delicious.

替家人訂的，因到布魯塞爾的時間比較晚了，所以訂的離火車站比較近的。和我説早餐一般般，其它的還可以，中規中矩。

Superb location! Just opposite of the train station. Very convenient. Lots of eateries nearby as well.

部屋は広く、大きなスーツケース２つを広げても狭くなくとても快適でした。 ホテルの１階には売店もありました。 ブリュッセル南駅から近いです。

It is a hotel across the street from the train station Brussels midi which is the main train station for fast trains. The hotel is newly renovated. The room is quite clean. However, the room cleaning is not provided every day unless it is requested. So the sign needs to put ok the door to get the room cleaned. Clean towels can be requested at the front desk.
