After firmly addressing the issue, the hotel assured us that they had ordered a new lock system for the entire property. As an apology, they also offered us a fruit plate and a souvenir, which we appreciated. However, I believe it’s important to highlight this issue for future guests. Final Verdict: While the service was excellent, and the hotel handled our concerns well, the safety issue with the toilet lock is something potential guests should be aware of. If insulation and safety are a priority, you might want to wait until the renovations are complete. Otherwise, the service and hospitality were top-notch, making it a decent choice for a stay in Nice."

"The hotel is brand new. The rooms are spacious. We had an issue with the hot water and shampoo in the room we were assigned, and when we reported it, they quickly moved us to a different room. However, there was no hot water either, and the room was missing body wash. I understand these are early details that will be resolved. It would also be interesting to know when you book or make a reservation, as the entire building is under construction, so it's difficult to access, unless they send you parking instructions."

"The hotel location is strategic, just a 5-minute walk from Nice Saint-Augustin train station. The tram to the airport is free from Grand Arenas station, making transportation very convenient. We booked a Mountain View Twin Room but were given a lower-quality room instead (please refer to the photo). Additionally, we had to request a room change due to a serious bed issue—the mattress was split in half, which was quite shocking as they were still using a damaged mattress for guests. To their credit, the front desk responded immediately and changed our room. However, the new room still did not meet our expectations. The bed quality was poor, too soft, and provided no proper back support. Breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited options. The only hot food available was scrambled eggs and sausages, while everything else was cold. Coffee and juice were from a machine, which didn’t add much to the experience. Overall, the stay was tolerable for the price, but definitely not worth it given the quality of the rooms, beds, and breakfast. Would not recommend unless you’re on a very tight budget."

"The room is big enough for 2. The bed is comfortable and their parking need to pay another 20€ per night. Within a walking distance from the airport and well connected with the city center and Promenade Anglaise. Staff is really polite and helpful- front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, room-service. We have stayed with two small kids and felt like home. We truly enjoyed our stay."
