Really ghetto! Within 10 min people shooting inside property. Felt unsafe. My little ones were scared. We notified front desk and wanted a refund cuz we werent staying and she didnt give refund but we left!!!!! Immediately

This is a horrible place! They charge a lot of money, very dirty, no pillows, door handle was broken on the inside and they refused to switch my room or give a refund, I’m pregnant and had to wait in my car for an hour before maintenance came to fix door, holes in every bathroom ceiling, place surrounding by drug users, dirty air conditioners, rooms stink, owners taking all the money to use ***** and don’t put any money into their establishment, not a trusted atm or credit card machine, please do not rent here!! Ruthless foreign owners who changed the name to haven inn! Same people same trashy place

This property was not what was in the pictures. Rooms unclean, pool closed, drug use all over property. Staff was unhelpful and did nothing to refund or attempt to make up for motel inadequacies. Do not go here.

Rooms were not what was advertised, received a smoking room when clearly stated needed non-smoking , floors were dirty, water running all night, smoke detector beeped all night had to unplug room lighting was terrible hairs in sink. All furniture was outdated TV was up-to-date but that was about the only thing. Check-in was OK rugs were dirty in the foyer overall just a terrible stay. Had no choice but to stay the night due to timeframe flying out the next morning.

Was disappointed with this property as normally Days Inns are better. It was convenient to the roads needed to get downtown but hard to get to the property from the street plus the parking lot had potholes. However, service by the staff was very good.

Traveling home from my Mothers funeral, I was initially happy to find a Days Inn because I have stayed at this chain before with a good experience. Definitely not the case with this property. The lobby, exterior of the property and room were filthy. Trash strewn all over from over flowing trash cans outside attracting a number of cats and who knows what else. The room was not vacuumed, the bedding was riddled with stains as were the bathroom towels. Our complaints to the front desk were met with apologies but no action to resolve the issues. Very disappointed with this experience.

the pool was a swamp rooms were nothing like pictured it was horrible it was very unclean I asked for another room that was a little better however it was still NASTY floors need to be cleaned very nasty

Stay away from this one!! This place was disgusting!! The door looked like it was kicked in multiple times. There was no other lock than the card key, no chain, no bar, no dead bolt. The room was so dirty it felt like a seedy hourly rental. We did not feel safe or clean being there. We didn't stay long enough for the breakfast, just got a few hours rest and left.

We booked and planned to stay 3 nights. We left after 1. The room was disgusting, it smelled like cigarettes, there were cigarette burns in various places, the lamp shades were broken, the floor was dirty and I've never felt so unsafe while traveling. Yeah, I get that it's human nature to have your urges for physical pleasure, but come on. The "night worker" was banging on our door at various points in the night because we parked in their parking spot; which was not designated anywhere. We just wanted close parking since it was open, available and good for a quick exit in the event of an emergency. Please save yourself the headache of booking this property. Your mental health will thank you.
