In the district of Rocabey, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 100 m from the sea, 900 m from the beach. In the house: lift. Shop, grocery 50 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar 20 m, bakery 50 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Talards" 400 m, railway station "Gare TGV St Malo" 100 m, ferry "Gare maritime du Naye" 2.5 km, sandy beach "du sillon" 900 m, thermal baths "thermes marins de Saint Malo" 1.8 km. Excellent stay Residence de l'Hermine. The apartment is really big, bright and very well equipped. The location allows you to walk to the Intra and the Sillon beach while having parking. The view is clear but not really a sea view... One downside: having

We went with two children aged 5 and 9 and a couple of friends. We have enjoyed the days and the location is quite good, although it was a bit far to the old town and beach (900m) so the scooter was in frequent use. Balconies were good in size but we miss
