This comfortable apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator, in front of the beach of Bas-Sablons in St-Malo in the district of St-Servan. It has a breathtaking view of the sea, St-Malo intramural, and the port It has a veranda overlooking the sea .. It has a private parking and a common room for bicycles .. All shops are within walking distance (Carrefour Market, 2 bakeries, coffee press, etc. .) as well as St-Malo Intra-muros which is 15 minutes walk, and the market, (2 times per week), covered and uncovered, (Halles), 2 minutes.Access to the beach is opposite the building. The apartment is located west and offers beautiful sunsets.
It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with 2 single beds
There is free high speed wifi access ..

Für unsere Bedürfnisse war alles perfekt. Ausreichend Platz vorhanden, ausreichende Zahl an Schränken, Aufzug in den 3. Stock, Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage (allerdings sehr eng für ein kompakteres Auto, aber machbar), Nähe zum Strand und zu den Geschäften, zu Restaurants. Ein wunderbarer Blick vom verglasten Balkon auf die Altstadt und den Hafen. Die Einrichtung ist etwas altbacken, aber alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Matratzen waren auch sehr gut und die Schlafzimmer sind nach hinten raus, wodurch es sehr ruhig ist. Wir hätten es nicht besser antreffen können. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung in die Wohnung waren ebenfalls problemlos und auch der Check-out. Es war sicher hilfreich, dass ich ausreichend französisch kann, um mich zu verständigen. Das einzige, was mir gefehlt hat, wäre eine kurze Einweisung in die französische Müll-Trennung. Aber es gibt ja Internet.Jedenfalls ist die Wohnung absolut empfehlenswert und der Kontakt zu Marc während unseres Urlaubs war immer sehr freundlich.

Semaine bretonne pour faire découvrir à ma femme cette belle région
Très belle semaine à un emplacement idéal pour rayonner à pied à divers endroits.Après midi plage dans la belle plage des Corbières. Permet d'aller du côté de la tour Solidor, et d'accéder comme dans une calanque par le haut en arrivant par le parc du même nom.La cité Intramuros bien sûr, le marché de St Servan sur la place et les nombreuses boutiques.Le service de vélo électrique et également top pour se rendre encore plus rapidement du côté de la cité Corsaire depuis la plage de St Servan. M'a permis d'être rapidement à plusieurs endroits pour les photos au soleil couchant...Le tour de la cité d'Alet est également incontournable et offre une belle vue sur la cité Corsaire. Place idéal pour le feu d'artifice de ce 14/07. Photos jointes.Le logement quand a lui est très fonctionnel et spacieux. Quel plaisir de prendre ses repas sur le balcon abrité face à la mer. Hôtes forts sympathiques et disponibles.Parfait nous recommandons

Superlage in Saint Servan
Die Wohnung ist groß mit einem verglasten Balkon zur Westseite. Von dort hat man einen guten Blick auf den Hafen und Intra Muros.Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Aber alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage in Saint-Servan hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Es gibt viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und die Markthallen. Wir waren froh, dass wir uns nicht Intra Muros eingemietet hatten. Dort waren auch im Mai schon sehr viele Touristen und es war teilweise sehr voll. Das war in Saint Servan besser. Man kann von Saint Malo aus schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung und die Nachbarorte machen. Auch Rennes ist mit dem Zug problemlos zu erreichen.

Nos 3 premières semaines de Juillet 2024
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 3 semaines dans cette location qui corresponds exactement à l'annonce. Le fait de ne pas prendre la voiture pour se promener et visiter est un grand plus.
Nous souhaitons remercier Anita et Marc pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Super séjour à St Malo
Excellent accueil , appartement très agréable avec tout le confort, une vue superbe sur la cité de Saint Malo, tous commerces à proximité. La loggia est un vrai plus. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette destination.
