English will follow Croyez moi toutes les revues positives sont fausses 1) il n’y a aucun service de chambre puisque le desk service se trouve à 800 mètre de l’hôtel 2) la chambre est horrible , nous sommes en septembre et c’est froid aucun thermostat pour réchauffer la chambre et aucun draps pour se réchauffer j’ai téléphoné et je n’ai jamais reçu mes draps 3) Aucun déjeuner le matin sauf si on marche 800 mètres 4) Aucun ascenseur, du vieux tapis partout dans leur hôtel, il promet une vue sur st- Malo Ah! Mais non c’est seulement à l’hôtel Ambassadeur ici au Lartrimont c’est la vue sur la rue 5 ) ce n’est pas un 4 étoiles c’est 1 étoiles 6) une auberge de jeunesse vaut 100 fois mieux que cet hôtel médiocre Believe me, all reviews are not good. Or maybe people are satisfied with low level. 1) no room service because the restaurant and the reception are 800 m away and not attached together. 2) it’s September and it’s cold. No thermostat to adjust temperature and no extra linen to keep us warm. Requested to reception and nothing was sent. Room is small, noisy without any decoration or water, fridge… even if we have to pay like several others. Small tv almost placed at the ceiling 3) breakfast has to be taken at the other part at 800 m walk outside on a busy street. 4) no elevator, tiny stairs. No sea view, only the other sections (L’Ambassadeur) has some. Restaurant at the first floor of our hotel is closed. L’Arimont offers a street view. 5 ) the hotel Has 4 stars review. No 1 is enough. 6) quiet ? This is not very good. We can hear people walking on the second floor. 7) some youth hotel are way better than this hotel.
