Le 4 stelle assegnate a questo hotel sono evidentemente il frutto di una grave svista.... e i servizi elencati su *********** sono frutto di pura fantasia. kit di benvenuto: non presente in camera, ho dovuto attendere il mattino seguente per richiederlo al personale che effettua le pulizie.Il bollitore.... in qualunque hotel del pianeta se c'è il bollitore ci sono anche un paio di tazze pulite (qui le tazze erano sì 2, ma sporche), e se c'è il bollitore ci si aspetta di trovare anche qualche bustina di tè/caffè; qui no, perché "è solo in America che si trovano le bustine in camera, qui il cliente se le porta da casa"..... cogliendo il mio disappunto il proprietario mi ha allungato un paio di bustine di tè.... che poi mi ha messo in conto (1,50 chf/cadauna).... La hall: praticamente inesistente, per socializzare si va in paese o in camera. Il bagno: cieco e senza bidet, sarebbe da hotel 2 stelle, ma l' assenza dell' impianto di aerazione ne riduce il livello a stelle 1. Lamentata la non aerazione del bagno, surreale la risposta: "l' impianto c'è ma è centralizzato e viene fatto funzionare quando i clienti sono in camera"...io, con il mio soggiorno di 2 notti, in camera ci ho trascorso complessivamente 24 ore, e in quelle 24 ore l' aerazione "centralizzata" non è mai entrata in funzione. Colazione: secondo lo standard "bed & breakfast", personale dipendente molto cordiale e disponibile. Il tutto a 243 CHF (232 €) / notte. La prossima volta, se sarà Engadina, non sarà certo la sopravvalutata St. Moritz, e men che mai il Cervus.

Das erste Hotel, das wir gebucht haben, in dem es genügend Stauraum für Kleider gibt. Die Zimmer sehr sauber. Im Bad könnte vielleicht eine Ablage mehr sein. Küche absolute Spitze. Frühstück genügend, vor allem werden Rührei (nicht Eipulver), Spiegelei und weiche Eier immer erst auf Bestellung gekocht. Das Hotel liegt in einer Sackgasse, daher sehr ruhig gelegen. St. Moritz-Bad erreicht man zu Fuss in ca. 5 Min. / Dorf etwa 15 Min.

J'ai été très bien accueilli et tout le personnel croisé est souriant et poli. La chambre était spacieuse, les lits confortable et un petit coin salon très joli. La salle de bains fait un peu ancienne et mériterait un coup de jeune. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est parfait pour attaquer la journée. L'hôtel est proche du téléphérique: idéal pour aller sur les pistes. Vivement conseillé

This is a wonderful smaller hotel with lovely helpful staff that speak English very well. The rooms are large with plenty of cupboard space and have a mini fridge and kettle. Breakfasts were simple but delicious with eggs to order. The pool is large and fabulous after hiking. Everything is very expensive in St Moritz but there is a very handy Co Op at the bottom of the hill that has excellent take home meals. We spent 5 days doing self guided hikes and the bus/cable car/chair lifts etc were brilliant, easy to navigate and free because of the Transport Pass given to us by the Hotel Manager. The scenery from the top is breath taking and thoroughly recommend this beautiful town for walking.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious stay in the picturesque Swiss Alps. The hotel manager, Ms. Simone Müller was incredibly nice, friendly, and understanding. She ensured that our stay was smooth and attended to all our needs with great attention to detail. Furthermore, when we encountered an unexpected last-minute cancellation, Ms. Müller was very accommodating and kindly waived the cancellation fee, which was highly appreciated. The hotel's swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath were among the major factors that drew us to stay at Hotel Cervus. These facilities proved exceptional and provided an excellent way to unwind and bond as a team after our busy days. Our rooms at the hotel were stunning. They were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with tasteful decors. The well-equipped amenities in every room made our stay even more comfortable. It's no exaggeration to say that these were some of the most beautiful rooms we have ever experienced in Switzerland. During our overnight stay, we were treated to a delicious breakfast in the morning, featuring freshly made croissants and eggs cooked to order. The attention to detail and commitment to quality was evident in this memorable dining experience. In conclusion, our stay at Hotel Cervus in St. Moritz was genuinely unforgettable. The combination of the hotel's luxurious facilities, the attentive staff, and the enchanting surroundings made for a perfect team-building retreat. We left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and more connected as a team. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Cervus to anyone seeking a memorable stay in the beautiful Swiss Alps.

très très bon hôtel superbe accueil de belle chambres il manque juste pour mangé le soir piscine au top jacuzzi sauna pour le retour de la journée donc top top merci a tous le personnels de l hôtel
