Although not very clearly identifiable from a car, this place has really interesting rooms with enormously high ceilings and striking large old furniture. The room was warm, the bed was comfortable, but the shower was rather small. Our room had a nice view of the garden, as well as blinds to make the room dark at night. I found the area not hugely attractive, but there is a restaurant nearby with local dishes. Veronique, the hostess, speaks only a little English (here husband speaks more), but she was very helpful to us and always friendly. Breakfast is in the large conservatory at a large common table, it's another great space: bread, croissants, jams and homemade yoghurt with filter coffee were available. There was quite a bit of noise from the adjacent room due to the poor soundproofing in this old building.

Leuk verblijf gehad bij sympathieke eigenaars. Een B&B die authenticiteit ademt. Voor een heel zacht prijsje van €71 ben je gelogeerd, beschik je over een ruime badkamer met douche of bad. Sommige kamers met losstaand bad in de ruime kamer. De matrassen zijn top. Op netheid en hygiëne valt niets aan te merken, een pluim voor de eigenaars. Nadeel = de sanitair vergruizer aan de WC, je hoort die van de buurman draaien. Ontbijt is beperkt tot een croissant en 2 stukjes stokbrood. Met boter of confituur. Nogmaals, voor een prijs van €71 kan je niet klagen. Fietsen kan je gratis achterlaten in de garage, elektrisch aangedreven = €5/dag/per persoon. Een aanrader!!!

A very friendly couple offering bed and breakfast. Beautiful house, high ceilings and large rooms. Parking is very easy just across the road. Would definitely recommend

Delightful old house by the river
Beautiful old property by the river,lots of character and great owners. Breakfast was mostly homemade and served in a pleasant garden room complete with numerous artworks. Free parking opposite the property.
