Enjoy your stay in our beachfront condo on the beautiful white sands of St. Pete Beach with great views of the Gulf of Mexico. Our condo is a one bedroom with a king size bed, a nice sized walk-in closet and sliding doors to your private balcony, where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while taking in the beautiful sunsets over the Gulf from our comfortable captain chairs. It also features an open concept living and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and 2 coffee pots, one regular and one that accommodates K-cups. The living area opens onto the balcony and has a queen sleeper sofa. There are two full bathrooms with one off of the bedroom and the other down a short hall off the living area. There are 2 flat screen tv's, a dvd player, free cable and free hi-speed wifi internet, and free calls to US & Canada. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. You will have access to the shuffleboard court, barbecue grills, under cover picnic area, and free parking for one vehicle (#32) and the elevator. There is onsite management available Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm, and Sunday 9am - 1pm. GREAT LOCATION - A shopping center is across the street with restaurants, 2 banks, gas station, coffee shop, internet cafe, a Walgreens and CVS Pharmacy, Publix Grocery Store, Dollar Store, a liquor store, ice cream shop, and several specialty shops, and local fishing and charter boats.
