Greenhills Country Hotel

We enjoyed a lovely 3 nights staycation with a warm welcome from the staff. Our beautifully appointed room had every amenity you could want and with a comfy bed was very relaxing. The food and drink in the restaurant are of an exceptionally high standard and the breakfast offerings cater for all tastes. The attentive staff are always very accommodating. We found sitting outside in the little courtyard oasis with a delicious cocktail all you need to wind down after enjoying the green lane walks that are close to the hotel. There is also a gorgeous pool should you want to take a dip to cool off. We are very much looking forward to our next stay at Greenhills

The most comfortable hotel we have stayed in, well managed by Carmelita. Cannot fault the standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. All of the staff are a delight and go over and above to ensure an enjoyable stay. Excellent breakfast and good choice for evening meals. Quiet location but well placed for airport, restaurants, attractions, etc.

One of the best and most memorable hotels I’ve stayed in recently, primarily because of the wonderful staff and service. It’s a short drive from the airport and not really surrounded by any other amenities, but everything you could want is in the hotel and the small grounds are lovely. There is a small outdoor pool which is closed in the winter months but it would be a great space to relax with a book in the summer. Checking in was a delight and really welcoming. Despite arriving early in the morning they were happy to let me have access to the room which was on the first floor, overlooking the front of the hotel. There wasn’t an elevator so best to contact the hotel before staying if that’s likely to pose an issue. The room was spacious and decorated beautifully, with a really homely feel. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and the complimentary bottled water was a nice touch, as well as the drink making facilities you’d expect as well as a few snacks. The bathroom was equally as spacious and clean with decent storage space. The shower was over the bath and had decent power with pleasant bottled toiletries provided. On the ground floor there’s a bar, small lounge area and restaurant - having a few drinks and a meal there had to be one of the highlights of the stay. The staff are really attentive (admittedly maybe too much) and drinks are served quickly. There’s a small food menu offered in the bar but the menu in the restaurant is great. I’d only intended to have a small meal before bed but the quality of food and presentation, along with the setting, meant just kept ordering! The pre-meal bread & oil, scallop starter, pheasant main, chocolate ganache desert and even post-meal cheese were all perfect. Far from cheap but worth every penny. I was almost sad to be checking out the following day and only staying the one night. Next time I’m in Jersey I’ll be staying here again.

This is a very good hotel and fine dining restaurant which is elevated to exceptional thanks to the exemplary service delivered by the staff. Leading by example, the manageress pays attention to every detail, checking in with guests frequently, and expeditiously handling any requests. The small grounds are beautifully maintained and a small courtyard pool provides a quiet area to rest with a book on a sunny day. With private event facilities this is a small hotel which creates an ambiance of luxury service and tranquility executed to the highest standard.

We are Jersey staycationers and the Greenhills was outstanding on all levels. I have food intolerances and they were dealt with with understanding and care. Great room, comfy bed, and wonderful country walks all around. The menus were imaginative and tasty and the decor modern yet classic in the oldy worldy style.

Das Landhaus ist sehr schön und gepflegt, typisch englischer Stil. Der Service ist hervorragend, freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich. Die Sauberkeit ist beispielhaft. Der schöne Garten und die natürlich-wilde Umgebung sind Baldam für die Seele. Kurz: rundum empfehlenswert!
