Premier Inn Guernsey St Peter Port (Admiral Park)

The smile and greeting/service received from Hannah is just the best, stayed here many times and always enjoy coming back to be welcomed by Hannah

The room was satisfactory and the staff very helpful. I must mention Hannah on reception who tried very hard to find a suitable triple room.

We had a warm welcome off Hannah, the room was lovely with air conditioning which was needed as it was hot when we visited. We decided to have an evening meal which was really nice and we were looked after very well by May. Hannah is an asset to the Premier Inn. Thanks to Hannah & May for making our stay so lovely.

I was initially hesitant to book this Premier Inn due to some of the lower reviews, but I’ve always appreciated the familiarity and convenience of the brand. As someone with mobility challenges, I was also concerned about the steep climbs often mentioned in reviews of other hotels in St Peter Port, so this location seemed like a sensible choice – and I’m so glad I went for it. Having stayed in many Premier Inns across the UK, I can honestly say this has been the best one I’ve experienced in recent years. Though I hadn’t planned to dine in, I ended up having dinner at the hotel each night and also enjoyed breakfast on several mornings. The food was consistently good, the atmosphere relaxed, and the service absolutely fantastic. A special mention to Sarah, Radha, and Hannah, as well as the other restaurant and reception staff whose names I didn’t catch – they were all friendly, helpful, and genuinely lovely throughout my stay. I opted for a Premier Plus room, which was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for my needs. The hotel is also conveniently located just a few minutes from a bus stop and a Waitrose, which made getting around and picking up essentials very easy. Overall, a really positive experience and I’d happily stay here again.

Actually a really good experience - as you’d expect from a Premier Inn. Good room, nice and cool on the heat, and friendly staff. Have to also add that it was my first visit to the restaurant and the food was very good - good pizza and a fantastic dessert!
