The window of our room overlooks the back facade of the building, the room is on the 4th floor, at the bottom of the extension. EVERY 15 MINUTES! Apparently, the ventilation turns on for 5 minutes, the noise is terrible, it is impossible to sleep. You close the window - it is stuffy, even worse. Apparently, the hotel management is not aware of the fact that there are noise standards, especially at night. A call to the reception, of course, did not give anything, no one knows, they can not help in any way. How I am supposed to get home to another region after a sleepless night today, of course, no one cares either. I took a video (unfortunately, it is not attached, only a photo) we tried to measure the noise level using an application on the phone (62-66 dB), I am attaching a screenshot from the video. I often travel, but this is the first time I have encountered such an outrage. I strongly advise against it! Believe me, not sleeping at least one night can greatly spoil the impression of the entire trip
