Staff speak English well and they were so helpful. Hotel is so clean, location is very central. Breakfast were quite nice. Thank you!

The Hotel is an old building renovated well to be a clean nice and new 4 star hotel . It is located in the heart of St. Petersburg and near all attractions.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The reception is located on the second floor, and there are stairs at the entrance (about 12-14 steps)between the entrance and the reception . During daytime they have concierge service to help with the luggage.
The hotel Elevator to the rooms was added to the building and fitted in a way it stops in between floors, so you must either climb or go down half a floor every time you go to your room. It is not that bad if you can climb the stairs . I think the hotel is not suitable for a wheelchair.
The breakfast is good and starts from 7:30 am to 11:00 a.m .
We enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Excellent stay. Staff extremely professional eg Geogi and Anastasia at Reception. The Doorman who helped us with our bags this morning - a big thank you. All staff were extremely good and organised - eg Breakfast Staff, cleaning staff and reception. A big thank you to all. Location was good.

客房遠比描述的30平米大，輕裡外間佈局，有小玄關，入口視線遮擋較好，動靜分區不錯。衞生間較大，實用方便。每天衞生很好。前台服務不錯，餐飲較豐富。這間外景是內院，並且有機器噪聲，還好孩子對噪聲不那麼敏感，就沒有換房間。

早餐豐富：整個甜品櫃，各種水果，氣泡酒；但雞蛋做法不多
定的雙床房因為有孩子找酒店拼起來了，來了三個人挪床並且用一個條形床墊把中間拼起來，一點縫都沒有，好評！大概就變成2m大床了吧，在俄羅斯算很大了～

截止25年10月10號 安卓手機預訂房間並沒有提示按人頭收費（iOS有這個提示）導致我們帶小朋友入住要求必須付款費用 不吃早飯也要付款（6歲小童3500盧9歲小童7000盧）已經跟攜程反饋此事 （圖1就是收費小票） 酒店政策我們願意接受 但是預訂的時候沒説清楚 現場要求加錢體驗就比較差 這一點和國內的習慣不一樣 大家要注意
除此之外 酒店本身的設施位置以及周邊的便利店吃飯都比較方便 圖23為酒店入口及外立面 步行到冬宮和喀山大教堂都很近 喀山大教堂右側街口的杜馬塔觀景台一定要上去看看 早上300下午500 可以看到整個市區的風景 圖4-7都是在那裡拍的
