Shocked to hear can only deposit luggage till 2pm for free, otherwise need to pay 1000 yen for 2 small luggage, bad service, first time experience such "rule‘ for a hotel ’

The room is clean and close to the station. However as 4 star hotel, they allowed house keeper entered guest’s room without permission especially the “do not disturb” sticker is on door. Contacted head manager to complain they only apologised and did nothing. Be aware of this hotel, your room is not secure while you are away so always keep your belongings locked just in case.

Worth recommending! A very clean and quiet hotel, close to the high-speed rail station. The scenery around the hotel is also very beautiful. It is convenient to walk everywhere. There is also a bicycle museum nearby!

It was by far the best accommodation I've ever stayed at in Japan :)
The staff were all very friendly, and the hotel size, cleanliness, and view were all perfect! However, it's a bit far from downtown Osaka, which is a bit inconvenient. However, it was the best accommodation in Japan, considering that much. ㅎㅎ

The hotel is about 10 minutes' walk from the subway station and is by the sea, which is pretty good. It is convenient to downtown Osaka and Kansai Airport.
