"The rooms are very clean and tidy. I like that parking is free in the multi-storey car park. You can enter and exit the car park 24 hours a day. It is directly connected to Yukarigaoka Station (Keisei Main Line), so you can go to the hotel without getting wet even in the rain. It is also close to Narita Airport. The breakfast menu has many options that foreigners can eat, such as scrambled eggs and bacon."

"It's located near a big road, so it was convenient when I had business in Chiba New Town! The free breakfast was very delicious and satisfying. First of all, the cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the smell of a new building and the white-based interior were very comfortable. The lobby was also spacious, and the overall stay was clean and comfortable. In addition, the chairs and desks were arranged in an ingenious way, so it was nice to be able to relax while watching TV. The location was also great, with very good access by car, and there was a supermarket ”Naritaya”, a convenience store, and a shopping facility ”Big Hop” nearby, so I had no trouble shopping or eating during my stay. I was also very grateful that the parking lot was free. On the other hand, I was a little bothered by the noise from the next room and the elevator, and there was hair left in the hair dryer, so I would like to see some improvement. Still, the staff was polite and I was very satisfied with the smooth check-in and check-out. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and it was a hotel I would like to use again!"

"I didn't expect that there is such a cost-effective hotel in Tokyo. The hotel is right opposite Yachiyo Katsutadai Station, and the sign is very obvious. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the surrounding restaurants and convenience stores are very convenient."

"Great location close to many restaurants and shops and the Narita station. However when we arrived to our room it smelled very strongly of smokes and was rather unpleasant to sleep with such a strong smell. This may be our error not releasing that it is ok for people to smoke in their rooms we didn’t do research. Overall the staff were super friendly and helpful,  great accessible location just dissapointing the smell of smoking."

"Near the narita station. The room is quite small. There is transporting bus to narita airport but if your flight is early, you should check the time either way the staff. If there is no transporting bus, You can take train to NRT just a few minutes, very easy."
