A Perfect Getaway in South Goa! Our stay at this beautiful Portuguese villa in South Goa was nothing short of amazing! Nestled near the beach, the location is perfect for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the serene beauty of the coastline. The cottage itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. A special mention to Mr. Iyyapan and Anil, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Their warm hospitality, helpful recommendations, and attentive service made us feel truly welcome. Whether it was arranging local food, suggesting hidden gems to explore, or simply ensuring our stay was hassle-free, they took care of everything with a smile. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying peaceful evenings on the veranda made this stay unforgettable. Best Stay to Live Peacefully. Very old property with all new amenities. It is like staying in a Palace. Rooms are very big and bathrooms are nice. Property has a small but beautiful pool with nice seating area. Very Friendly and co-operative staff. Food is also good. Unique Mobor beach is near to this place. Better to have your own vehicle to travel.

Great: We loved the location, the yummy daily Goan breakfast we couldn't get enough of, the lovely pool, the amazingly friendly service of Anil, and the overall vibe of the 200+ year old heritage property. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Bad: There was some black mould in the bathroom in the shower area. We found a couple of dead cockroaches in the shower area that might have come up the drain. Just ok: We were asked to pick the same breakfast on all days and didn't have the choice to eat different dishes. We understand that this was a sustainable choice, given we were among very few guests at the time. But worth noting, in case you're traveling with people with diverse preferences.

Fabulous. Just fabulous. There are not enough words to describe the hospitality that was extended to us by the team Rosastays. The property is a beautiful bunglow impeccably maintained. Mr Anil, the caretaker left no stone unturned to make our stay a memorable one
