Zibe Salem by GRT Hotels

We stayed at Zibe Salem to visit nearby temples and sites for 3 days and also on the return journey. The hotel staff took good care of us from arrival to room transfer. The breakfast is the highlight. Especially the 'Sambar' and the 'Pongal'. It was very authentic and all the days we enjoyed a very excellent breakfast. The rooms were kept clean at all times. The scope for improvement could be lack of 'Balconies/Windows'. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Check-in was quick and staff are super quick. They have Valet parking. rooms are not so spacious, but for stay of day or two should not matter. Location of the hotel is in heart of Salem. Bathrooms are spacious and are clean. They have very quick room service. Food quality was good. Breakfast spread was very good and taste was very good. Check-out experience was also very good. Overall the stay was pleasant. Definitely would recommend others and also will opt for this hotel to stay in Salem. Only concern was some guests were smoking in their room which is non-smoking room/zone had to complain twice as the smoke was circulated in our room also.

the stay wasn't great as expected. went on the reviews here, let's me first talk about the positive side. The front desk staff are helpful and the check in process is quick, food is good, the staff at the dine are good and their service was great. The room perfume used is not very pleasant and it took some time for us to adjust. The blankets and the pillow covers were dirty and had to be asked to be changed. No drinking was available in 1 room. The floors were sticky and felt dirty , when checked with the house keeping staff the person mentioned it's done by the morning staff and he doesn't know what to do. Toilets are ok. Overhaul we were not happy, we only choose this since Radisson salem was full. Would not visit again.

Very good and economical hotel. Located in centre of the city and easy access to near by shopping places. Perfect for family stay. Rooms are clean and neat, breakfast is fine, not that great but value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would visit again if needed.

we had a fantastic stay . Located in the central hub of Salem in the midst of Salem's shopping area . Its about 10 minutes drive from the railway station. Well maintainted business hotel . The team was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable . the rooms are spacious and trendy looking . the breakfast buffet had a variety of options.
