I had an early checkout during my recent stay, and I was informed that the refund process would be initiated from Make my Trip side. However, I haven’t received any update or refund yet. I’d appreciate it if you could look into this at the earliest.
Also, the hotel staff seemed quite inexperienced and unprepared, which made the stay a bit inconvenient. I hope this feedback is taken seriously for better future experiences. Looking forward to a resolution soon.
